"Shh...You heard that too?" You pulled away from Satoru, who at this moment looked like he wasn't bothered by anything surrounding him, mainly because his entire focus was directed on you. His hands were still tightly wrapped around your hips and his lips as before were gently touching your neck as if right now the possiblity of getting caught hasn't shown up. With rapidly beating heart you looked around to make sure that no one was there and what you've just heard wasn't a sign of anyone's presence.

"Relax, sweetheart. Everyone is at the ball right now. It's not like someone will notice that we went gone for a while." He grabbed your chin and turned your face towards him to shift your concentration entirely on him.

"Yeah, they won't search for you. Remind you that I'm the princess and I'm sure that-" You didn't finish the sentence, because you've got interrupted by Gojo again pulling you into a kiss. Your breath got quicker and more shaky both because of the positively overwhelming sensation of being kissed and held this close and also because of the fear that someone might come at any moment.

In fact, of someone caught you like that, it could completely ruin your reputation in the kingdom. Any possible rumour of the princess having an affair with the court jester was way too outrageous. Especially because you were supposed to be already engaged or at least search for a husband - not flirt with some court clown!

Now one of his hands was on your waist, while the other was tracing towards your nape. You could swear that you felt his touch all over you body. His kisses were making you feel weak in your knees. It was like you almost forgot how to breathe properly.

"Oh my, I missed you so bad. We really need to do this more often."

" 'll think about it." You murmured in between the kisses, tugging him by the collar of his shirt. Then you changed the placement of your arms to now keep them around Satoru's shoulders, embracing him closely. Your palms were playing with the fabric of his shirt, gripping and pulling by it. You felt like the only thing that mattered in this moment was you two tangled in each other's arms.

To close the already barely existing distance between you, he grabbed you by the hips and pulled you onto his lap. A pleasant warmth spreaded across your whole body. Quickly you fixed the bottom of your dress, so that you could wrap your legs around him. The sensation of the contact of your bare skin with the material of his trousers was driving you crazy. You wanted to be closer to him. You wanted to feel his body pressed tighly to yours. A skin to skin contact.

"[___], are you there?" The sound of knocking on the door of your room and a muffled voice of your mother made you break away from the kiss. You looked at Gojo with eyes wide opened. This time the noise really meant that someone was nearby.

"Oh no, my mother is here. Quick, hide somewhere!"

"Where?!"

You nervously looked around your room, to find some hiding spot. "Under bed. Quick."

"I love the way you order me." He replied with his typical charming tone of voice. "You sound so good when you do that."

The door opened and your mother came from behind it. "Oh, here you are. I was wondering where have you been for so long?" Her gaze shifted on your face, she stared at you with worried look. Immadietaly she came up to you. "Your face is all red. Is everything alright?

You touched your cheek and you felt that your face was hot and completely flushed. "I feel like have a fever. You don't mind me staying in my room for a bit longer? In the corner of your eye you noticed a hat laying near your bed. It was the black and red hat with silver bells, that only and only the court jester wore. Your whole body stiffened and your pulse raced. You've started praying in your thoughts that she won't notice it.

"Yes, of course, my dear. Should I call someone from the service to assist you?

"No, no need." You answered her, feeling your heart pounding. "I think I'll just lay down for a while."

"If you say so." She turned around and walked up to the door. "If you need anything, most of the servants will be on the first floor."

A sigh escaped your mouth when she finally left. You sat on a chair, feeling that your knees get weak from the relief.

"A fever, huh?" He said teasingly, grabbing his hat messily trying to put it on.

Lohen could easily tell that his mission went perfectly.

He completed his goal without any difficulties. While cleaning a set of his weapons, that he always tend to bring to fights, satisfaction mixed with adrenaline was running throught his veins. In result his pupils stayed wide imitating the black hole while his heart was beating two times faster. Lohen put down his polearn and immadiately started cleaning the mess he made. He had to get rid of dead bodies and dried blood covering the floor before someone could find him. During that the thoughts about latest raports he had to deliver to Varka were wandering in his mind, slowly bringing him back to the relaxed state before his fight.

But then, in his pheripheral vision he noticed a human sillhouette contrasting with the vibrant red light. As always, his senses didn't dissappoint him cause in a while he heard echo reminding him of the sound of footsteps. He was sure that he killed all enemies but it turned out that he missed one person. Lohen looked around trying to catch a glimpse of his prey. The last survivor. Judging by the grin painted on Vice Captain's face it was easy to tell that he was at least pleasured that his play haven't ended yet.

"Ah, ah, ah, you know that hiding from me is pointless? We can do it the easy way if you will come out." His mocking tone with a note of playfulness made you shiver. "Or...we can play a little game. I have no idea who you are but it seems that you are not completely normal. Which sane person would like to play hide and seek in this place? You obviously can't run away so why are you gambling your life? Are you into that or something? Weirdo."

In that moment you hold your breath trying hard not to make any noise. His laught echoed throught the whole room. He was right. You had low chances of running away. You were hiding in the corner behind a pile of boxes. Lohen could easily find you so you had to think quickly. Maybe begging him for mercy could work? Or attacking him with you vision was better option? You couldn't tell much about him because of lack of information from you boss so many strategies seemed useless for you.

"Hmmm, what do you think I will do when I finally find you? There's so many options! I just cleaned my polearn so maybe I'll use it on you?" Clicking sound of his boots started being louder every second. It felt as if with each step he was geting closer to you. The clock was ticking reminding you that your life could end in a second. Your heart was beating so loudly you were convinced that it's gonna betray you by helping him with discovering your hiding spot. "And you're hiding...there!" He dramatically clapped his hands and quickly looked under the table near you. "Oh comme on! I know you're somewhere there. I'm slowly loosing my patience."

Lohen looked around analyzing the whole room. He was devouring the sight in front of him with his burgundy orbs dominated by extended pitch black pupils. "Or maybe you're hiding behind those boxes?" He whispered with a burgeoning excitement growing in his heart. His annoucement was quiet but you still were able to hear it. With your hand you covered your already trembling mouth trying hard to not show any signs of fear consuming your mind. Was this really your end? Was your fate meant to be that miserable? You felt your jaw tightening while all your muscles tensed. You couldn't let that happen.

Lohen slowly approached a pile of boxes covering your silhouette. It seemed like his eyes were burning a hole in your back even if he couldn't see you. "It would be really funny if it turned out that you have already ran away and I'm talking to myself like some schizophremic madman, you know?" He chuckled while playing with his weapon. "Okay, it's starting to get boring. Come out, let's skip to the more interesting part." Lohen slightly kicked one wooden box laying next to the pile wich was your hidding spot. He was playing with you. "I'm just kidding. I don't think that you are that stupid to hide there. It's too obvious. You were smart enough to survive so you propably have better spot." He turned around and slowly started moving out from you to check other corners.

You breathed out feeling some kind of relief. Now you had a while to come up with a strategy. You suspected that attacking him first wasn't a good idea. Your physical strenght couldn't compare to Lohen's fighting skills. You could've easily lost so you had to bet on flair. Stabbing him in his leg sounded like a good idea but you needed some kind of support. You glanced down at a spiky bell hanging on your hips and you quickly came up with a new plan. Suddenly your thoughts were interrupted by Vice Captain's voice.

"How are you feeling right now? Are your limbs trembling? Is your heart beating faster? Are you terrified? Or maybe you're enjoying this moment? You're acting like you have a reallyy good luck, you know?"

He was being ridiculous. You couldn't stand his mockery. It costed you a lot of self control to not attack him right now. You had to wait till the end of his monologue, when he'll start looking for you again. You will start taking action when he will be turned back. While slightly turning your head to check his location you took a steady hold on your dagger. At that moment he wasn't facing you. Finally you had a chance.

"Oh? You finally-" He didn't have a chance to look at you or even complete his sentence which was caused by your belt tightly wrapped around his neck. Now you were the one in charge. You pushed him down to the floor and with your other hand you pushed your dagger into his left leg. Your moves were sharp, calculated but also a little bit messy. You succseed. Lohen was laying down too stunned to fight back. His head was raised up. In result his face couldn't feel the coldness of the floor cause your belt was tightening around his neck, leaving a long red mark. To make him suffer more you pulled your head tilting his head back.

Surprisingly, he probably was enjoying it too much. With a rasping tone Lohen said "Fuck. I had no idea that a pretty girl like you is working with them. You don't look as tought as you are, hahah"

"Stop teasing me."

"But it's just too funny! You realize that you still don't have a chance with me? You should be more careful" You raised an eyebrow at his words and immadiately stood up. Lohen with his free hand pulled a gun aiming straight at you. You didn't have much time to think so you stepped on his hand which resulted in a weapon falling out of his hand.

"Don't play with me. If you leave me alone you will come out alive. We both know that this is the only good solution. I won't tell anyone what happened here. Just fucking leave me alone." You said with a perpetually tired voice pointing the tip of your dagger at him.

"And what if I'll say "no"?" He teased with a playful grin.

You were too exhausted for his games. Only now you could feel that your muscles were sightly relaxing. You glanced at him with an emptiness painted on your face. And to warn him to stop playing with you you quickly grabbed the gun from the floor and pulled a trigger.

But the most unexpected thing was the fact that instead of bullet a beautiful flower fired from his gun. "What the-?" You gasped with a schock painted on your face. Using your dispension Lohen released from you and in a second you were the one laying on the floor while he was towering over you with a wide grin. He took the belt that a while ago was choking him and his smile turned even wider.

"I told you, sweetheart. Now it's time for the real fun ♡"

A familliar voice resounded behind you making you nervously turn your head trying to catch a glimpse of a guest you were expecting. In peripheral vision you noticed a dark shade of your longly awaited lover- Lohen. That instantly made you exhale the air in your lungs, realeasing the visible steam indunced by the cold, night air. Your body leaned on the balustrade of the balcony so you could finally look straightly at your lover lighted by the moon's silver glow.

"Have you been waiting for me long??" he asked coming closer to you.

"Not at all, I just changed into my pajamas" You answered with a gentle remonstrance watching Lohen's movements. He was playing with the lacy strap of your lingerie dress while his nose started wandering towards your neck.

"I missed you so much, you know?" he mumbled sniffing the light, sweet scent of your blood underneath your skin. To close the already small distance you put your hands in his hair, gently playing with them.

"But you saw me last night!"

"It was a long time ago. I wish that I could see you more often, bunny. Not only in the nighttime." His murmured whispers sent slight vibrations to your ears making you shiver. Your body immadiately reacted to that, covering your exposed skin with goosebumps. Luckily you could blame it on cold wind and an unpleasing feeling of cold metal touching your bare nape. No one had to know how your body reacted to contact with your partner.

Your meetings slowly became the main part of your routine. The most awaited moment, that you would yearn for during all day, motivating you to ignore the everyday hardships. After the sun left the skyline, morfing into dark space, his presence became quite obvious. You knew that every night he'll appear on your balcony after you already got ready to sleep and to smoke the last one cigarette before another day will start. Meeting him during the day was impossible, cause he didn't want to expose himself to the sunlight, which was highly dangerous for his sensitive, pale skin, so the nighttime was the only occasion for you to talk and show affection towards each other.

You were examining his face when he grabbed you by the back of your neck. The hold was steady and decisive. With the other hand he gently brushed the line of your jaw looking at you with his bloodstained eyes. And after that, he kissed you deeply, as if he was starved. It seemed like he was trying to devour you. Have a taste of your flesh. You felt that his grip on your neck tightened and you slowly started melting under his touch. You felt blood rushing to your cheeks making you feel a familliar warm inside, that was contrasting with Lohen's icy, stiff demeanor. His tounge was fighting for dominance with you knowing that you'll slowly surrender to his dominating gestures.

But then you realized that the wet sensation isn't only coming from his tounge, but also from blood dripping from your mouth. You quickly pulled away from him with a shock painted on your face.

Lohen looked at you and immadiately chuckled "Oh, sorry angel, It's my fault. I accidentally bit you with my fangs. They are too long for making out with such a cutie like you" he added with a playful grin on his face.

Too stunned to speak you brushed your lips following the dripping line of blood coming along your jaw. You glimpsed at your fingertips now covered in crimson liquid. Realization hit you way too slow. But then you started laughing with him thinking how ridiculous it was.

"You already marked my neck and thights, isn't it enough for you? You also have to drink blood straight from my lips?!" You giggled examining your body parts covered in burgundy pairs of dots. "Maybe i also should start doing that? How would you feel, huh?"

"And how would you do that, sweetheart? You don't even have fangs!" Lohen leaned over you with a mocking grin.

"I don't know...maybe with lipstick stains?"

"I'm afraid they would be too temporary, bunny." He took your hand to his lips with an admiration hidden in his eyes. Then, he gently kissed the outer side of your hand, slightly teasing you with a pair of his long teeth. "It's just not fair. I also want you to bite me! Those marks would look so good on me, don't you think? If only I had blood running throught my veins. What a pity... Do you think I would flinch everytime those cute little fangs pierced my skin, just like you always do it?"

"Lohen! You're insufferable. If you won't stop teasing me I'll cover myself in garlic next time."
