i used to stan melanie martinez so hard, her music helped me cope through so many dark times. i cherished crybaby and found so much comfort in finding an album that appealed to my feelings that were labeled by others as “overemotional” . i’m fucking heartbroken to hear that someone i whole-heartedly supported and adored could do that to anyone, let alone her best friend who she manipulated. i will never fucking support a rapist. my heart is truly shattered.
