As the camera is moving you can see a figure known as Bughuul standing in the corner. A symbol is shown on the hood of the car, the car is then set on fire, killing the family inside.

Sinister 2 would have been better if they just cut the abusive dad stuff out entirely. Just have Clint be dead and the family destitute without him, causing them to move around a lot

They could have kept deputy so we have a way to learn more Bughuul lore but spent at least the first 1/3 of the movie having Dylan make friends with the ghost kids so it’s more of a shock when they start whipping out the kill films. And that way Milo wouldn’t be the only one of them with a personality
