welcome to scary inclusive, where my main goal is to create a safe space for those with "scary" mental health conditions and disabilities, where i explore the stigma and misconceptions surrounding them. i don't excuse negative behaviour and sincerely encourage seeking the right tools and resources to heal and recover from trauma. what i don't do is throw "scary" disorders under the bus in favour of villainising them. you're not evil, you're not a monster, and you're certainly not a bad person - but you must first want to improve in order to heal. i do not support the term narcissistic abuse.
