Hello! I wanted to thank you for creating a blog for this fandom, because the truth is that there is not much content and unfortunately (the truth is that I don´t regret it one bit XD) I got into another fandom. Getting to the point, could you make some relationships headcanons about Apple Poison and Malfi, like how they would be around their fem S/O; how did they meet them and how/when did they become a couple. You met him a little while before one of the shows was going to begin

It was a bit of a rocky start, with his ego causing most of the conversation to be one-sided

For someone like Malfie, crushes take a while to realize. It's one of those moments where he's minding his business until he thinks of you at some point and it just clicks, if you get what I'm saying

You were actually pretty surprised to run into him again some time afterwards. Even more so when you find out he was looking for you

He tried to be as nonchalant as he could with his confession. Tried.

You had to admit, the effort was kind of cute though!

Dating hcs

Very big on PDA but if you're not into that, he won't mind just walking by your side

If he sees something that reminds him of you or something you might like, he will get it for you. No questions asked.

Said items are usually either flowers or charms for bracelets

If you ever feel down or insecure, he'll hold his mirror up to you as he describes everything he loves! (Cheesy, I know)

If he's holding something that can be used as a temporary fidget toy, he will play with it. No, he won't stop clicking the pen, or fiddling with that keychain.

Likes listening to classical music in his spare time. If you listen close enough, he might be humming along on some occasions

Prefers tea over coffee. He won't explain why, he just does.

Reading is a bit of a guilty pleasure for him. His favorite genres are mystery and fantasy

Doesn't like getting strung into other people's drama, but that's not to say he hasn't eavesdropped once or twice in the past..

Hard to anger (unless you're Jack, probably); Either that or he's just very good at hiding his rage, who knows?

Not ticklish whatsoever. If you try it he'll push your hand away without breaking eye contact

For this I'm gonna assume the Queen had another child after Snow White

They're a little spoiled, but they aren't at mom's level of evil

Appoi sort of acts as a glorified nanny; "Stay at their side, make sure nothing bad happens, keep them satisfied, and we're good"

They get along fine. Not the best of friends, but don't hate each other either

Sometimes they do have bonding moments where they'll ask for each other's opinion/advice on their wardrobe

Probably had at least two or three tea parties when the kid was younger

Malfie

I'd imagine Maleficent's child is very serious

Or alternatively, they're forever stuck in the "rebellious teen" phase

Either way, their relationship with Malfie is a little rough

But over time they see him as less of "Mom's annoying assistant" and eventually he grows on them

Playful banter and inside jokes are made often, along with nicknames that stemmed from previous genuine insults

Sibling rivalry-esque relationship with a bit of ride-or-die added in? They tease and engage in the usual Sibling Culture™ but if someone else tries anything there's gonna be a problem

Farja

Four words: Farja is an enabler

She and they are gonna get into so. Many. Hijinks. Everyone's practically given up trying to stop them a long time ago

She'll try to teach them magic at some point. Does it go well? Probably not, but at least they enjoyed it… (at least she hopes they did)

They might have a few fights every so often, but it's usually just petty stuff like "Did you take my (x)" so it gets resolved quickly

I think she's the closest to her master's kid compared to the other 3

All in all, she's like their doting older sister

Dalmatia

Dalmatia is also an enabler but I think Cruella would be just a little stricter about the things they do

He and they are on pretty good terms with each other! Most bonding time is spent on gossip sessions and the likes

Though he can get a little too energetic for them sometimes and they need space

On some days, both will wanna help Cruella out with work so they try to jot down ideas together (or doodle if they end up getting distracted, which is more often than not)

Overall a pretty wholesome duo

Or at least, as wholesome as villains could get..?

His kisses are sweet! Both figuratively and literally. They taste like those heart-shaped lollipops you find at the store during the holidays.

He'll also casually sling an arm around your shoulders more often than not

She really loves holding your hand when you walk together, occasionally swinging your arms while doing so

Hugs you from behind a lot!

If you happen to have some sort of accessory on you, she likes to fiddle with it

Can't go a day without draping his arm around your shoulders or waist

Honestly? He'd probably pull you towards him just so you're in his arms

If you make the first move, you can catch him off guard

Of course being the gentleman he is, his displays of affection are going to be the most sentimental thing ever

To be honest, I don't see her going any further than hand holding/intertwined arms

In private she absolutely loves cuddling, it feels more special when it's just the two of you

Absent-minded (or possibly reluctant) handholding, followed by a gentle squeeze is one of the most common things she'll do

Probably with some light blushing to go with it

In all honesty she's better with words than pda

It's not that she doesn't like pda! She's just easily flustered over it

Her face will be bright red whether you're cuddling up next to her or you simply brushed hands

He isn't as touchy-feely as the others (surprisingly), but he'll place a hand on your shoulder + a reassuring pat once in a while!

If he's feeling particularly affectionate, he'll have a hand around your waist

Might give you a quick peck on the cheek once in a blue moon

Also not one for physical contact, though he'd probably use you as an arm rest if you're shorter than him

He'll hold your hand but only if you're the one initiating it

If you try anything more intimate he'll be flustered, but he can hide it

Forgive her, she's not too great in regards to romantic advances. The most you'll get out of her is probably intertwined pinkies when you're in public

But that's not to say she won't hold you when you're alone together!

She prefers keeping the relationship a little more on the private side

If you initiate anything in front of the others she'll act all huffy, but she actually enjoys it. Sort of.

What being drunk is like, for fic writers who have never been drunk before

Nothing wrong with never being drunk (in fact, it’s probs a good thing) but it can be hard to write convincingly about alcohol if you’re not familiar with it, and I’ve read enough fics where 5 secs into reading I’m already cringing sooooo

1. It takes more than 1 beer to get drunk

Personally, it takes me (a small female occasional-drinker) either around 3 shots of any spirit, 2 large glasses of wine or 2.5 beer-like drinks within a short space of time to get over tipsy into drunk territory, and to be really drunk-drunk, a bottle of wine (3 or 4 glasses), or 5 shots should do it. BUT IT VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON

2. Lime and salt is literally only for tequila

and I know like less than 3 people who actually enjoy the taste of any alcohol

3. Your vision isn’t “blurry” or “foggy”

Alcohol affects your balance not your eyes, so the room defo can seem like it’s spinning but you’ll still have your 20/20. Sometimes it’s hard to focus, but it’s not constant - just every so often your eyes miss their mark.

4. Speech is less “slurred”, more in the wrong order

5. Not everyone gets hyper-sexual when drunk

It’s less a state of horniness and more a state of lowered inhibitions and social pressure

6. Coffee doesn’t sober you up like magic

Alcohol dissipates from the body at a rate of about .015% of BAC per hour, and drinking coffee doesn’t alter that rate

7. Alcohol rarely sends you into a deep and heavy sleep

You’re more likely to sleep fitfully and keep waking (sometimes to be sick, more likely to piss/drink water - sometimes just bcos being drunk is uncomfortable), unless you’re an alcoholic who depends on drink for sleep

8. You don’t *hic* in the middle of every sentence!!

If the drink is carbonated, then maybe, but you’re way more likely to have a problem with bloating etc with alcohol 

9. You don’t go straight to black-out, speech-slurring drunk

10. Having drunk sex is difficult, awkward and rarely sexy

And you’re more likely to make-out with your friends than any strangers at a club, just because

11. Hangovers are rarely pounding, light-aversion torture

The younger/more tolerant you are, the better. Generally, for a night of heavy but not black-out drinking, you’ll be thirsty, probs nauseous and tired. The room may still be spinning but in an annoying, not painful way, and this’ll go away after a couple of hours and eating something, getting fresh air or having a shower (whatever works for you)

12. People talk nonsense when drunk

You are less likely to get a love confession and more likely to hear about all the rules for a complicated game they just invented, right that second

13. Everyone is different

Don’t make all your characters hyper, or depressive, or angry. For most of the night they won’t get to that stage anyway. Also, remember this whole list is based on my experiences, so feel free to ignore it all and do your own thing.

I know this movie came out ages ago but I will hands down always support this as the defining moment of WHY they chose him for MIB. Because he analyzed the situation, rather than the look of everyone. Because MIB works with a LOT of perfectly fine and legally existing extra terrestrials. And the fact that J actually managed to assess the environment before just unloading into every vaguely non-human creature shows he’s capable of thinking beyond appearances. (It’s also a thinly veiled metaphor for racial profiling in police forces 🙃🙃)

Asra is 100% a cuddler.  He likes to be a big spoon, wrapping his body around yours and keeping you close to his chest.  Being the big spoon gives him easy access to press kisses between your shoulder blades, and his hands upfront to sneak into places they sometimes shouldn’t during a casual cuddle session.  Once the two of you start to cuddle, you’re in it for the long run.  It takes a lot of convincing and promises of further cuddles to get him to let you go.

Cuddling with Julian is like cuddling with an octopus.  He doesn’t have a particular preference for positioning, just as long as your limbs are tangled together and you’re touching one another.  If he wakes up at any point in the night, and you’re not cuddling him, he’ll quickly wrap you up in his arms.  Your touch comforts him and helps him sleep better at night.  Julian LOVES cuddling with you.

Lucio is incredibly clingy and loves the feeling of your skin on his.  He likes to have you laying atop him, chest to chest, your legs between his so he can wrap his arms tightly around you.  That’s the position he prefers, but in general, he’s fine with whatever so long as the two of you are close.  Mercedes and Melchior are additional cuddle buddles.  Lucio will spend an entire day laying with you in bed, and it is very difficult to convince him that the two of you have things to do.

Muriel is NOT a fan of cuddling…at first anyway.  It takes a long time for him to warm up to the idea of it, but eventually, he will.  He finds that he likes to have you tucked into his side, an arm wrapped protectively around you.  Muriel likes it when you rest your head against his chest and have a hand splayed across his abdomen.  Inanna joins in on the cuddles on occasion, but normally, there isn’t enough room in the bed for all three of you.  He’ll never admit it, but Muriel also really likes when you attempt to be the big spoon when cuddling.

I love how the body structure and the decor of the larger bone fairy creates a nice area of concentration that leads the viewer’s eye towards the tooth fairy. This, aside from the obvious glow and design contrast, help direct the attention where needed and is a brilliant move by the artist.
