all the muses featured on here are 18+ ( and i myself am 21! ) however, i VERY RARELY write explicit smut. plotting about it, alluding to it, joking about it, setting it up and fading to black- that’a all good! i just don’t often write it.

iruka & healing

iruka likes healing his friends & loved ones outside of missions! he doesn’t get much of a chance to heal anymore ( besides lil scrapes his students get ! ) so its good practice. and it’s always been smth that he likes to do, that calms him. channeling his chakra like that, its a nice physical sensation in his fingertips, can be peaceful when the patient isn’t dying or in immediate danger. 

he finds the whole thing can be quite soothing ! iruka has High anxiety so focusing on one thing, focusing on something intricate like stitching a wound back together with his chakra and regulating a patients pain, its good for him. helps him get outta his head ! and he’s VERY good at it too bc he can focus very well and bc his chakra is naturally suited to it ( something abt how paternal he is, how loving and nurturing he is spills over into it, and also that lil bit of senju blood in him so he’s ! got that healing skill in the fam ! ) and bc he’s WORKED REALLY HARD at learning how to mix some pain relief in so for a while after, the pain of the injury he’s just healed will be dulled. something like a warm, pleasant numbness. 

i also think that being healed by iruka feels so DISTINCTLY like being cared for. it seeps through. it’s laced into his being, into the chakra he uses, so his patients can feel it. it’s probably even more intense and palatable when he cares deeply about the person he’s healing, but for anyone, that kindness and care and big-heartedness is surely there.

Prompt: "Overworked & Sleep Deprived"

I redrew Iruka as the 'lofi girl' from chilled cow's ''lofi beats to relax/study to'' on YouTube & spotify. My reasoning? Because there is no-one more overworked than her (she's been studying for about a year or two now, maybe longer!) xD

Anywho I'm actually relatively happy with this one 😌 I tried my best to find objects associated with Iruka so just bear with me on that one!! Also the plant in this photo is named "Miso" as a counterpart to Kakashi's "Mr. Ukki". I love Mr. Miso he's canon to me <3

At first he moved in a wheelchair, after that he got up on crutches.
