Maybe Cisco is busy in another subplot working against Magenta or something. But YES we need our Harrisco hug, and also Cisco should definitely have an opinion about the Jesse situation, seeing how he often has “should I use my powers or not?” angst. 

I kinda feel like he’d just be on the “let her decide what to do” side though. Really the issue is less “getting Jesse to stop using her powers” and more “stopping Harry from freaking out about it.”

Hi! I was working on a mini comic for dear old Eo (not so old tough haha) and started wondering, in the old canon (before New 52 and I haven't read Rebirth) what happened to Eo's parents?? Do you happen to know?

I do indeed know what happened.

In the classic comics his parents and family are never mentioned.

In the 2009 comics, he is brought back from the dead during Blackest Night (a Green Lantern world spanning plot). Then before the FlashPoint comics there is one called Flash:Rebirth. In this we are introduced to a different/expanded back history for Eo including his parents.

The family is wealthy. His parents are rather concerned with his social development and want him to see a psychologist but they don’t seem like loving parents. They certainly don’t believe in his work on the speed force, believing it just a myth. Thus his future self goes back to his own past and kills them to ensure he does become a speedster. They die whilst he is in his 20-30s in a ‘tragic weather abboration’. He also briefly has a brother before he is killed as well.

HOWEVER this has been retconned (thank fuck cause it was a massive paradox) in th New52. In this one Eobard comes from a family of failures and criminals and is witness to his mother being killed by his dad.

Oh yeah, I knew about the N52, he saw his mother getting killed and therefore does the same to Barry… That was incredibly sad and tragic (I didn’t like the second part where he became like the ruler of the future or something like that tough xD) But… Paradox or not that sounded super sad! Poor Eo, you paradoxical-shitlord!!! He just wanted support!

He has some surprisingly sad backstories, I really wish Barry would get him some help or support rather than just dumping him in Belle Reve every issue.

In the Paradox!Timeline, Eobard little brother is called Robern and he's a cop. Their parents send Eobard and Robern to the psychology sessions together which puts Eobard behind in his Flash studies prompting Adult!Eobard to erase Robern from existence making himself an only child.
