Frozen has to take place after 1860, which is the publication date on the map in Frozen II. I don't think tis necessarily affects Frozen. The claim that King Agnarr and Queen Iduna were going to Rapunzel's wedding in the first film is refuted by what is shown occurring in Frozen II.
