I’m so beyond grateful to be able to stand with such great company and share such an intimate experience together. What are the odds that four or Mark’s back tattoos would all be in the same room at the same time?😍 Thank you always @rosetattooparlour for the hospitality, friendship, and constant inspiration. Letter from a young Robert Bloch (later famous as the author of Psycho) to H.P. Lovecraft, undated, but postmarked at Milwaukee, WI on July 31st, 1935. Bloch writes of his excitement at having his short story “The Faceless God” accepted by Weird Tales for publication.
He addresses Lovecraft as “Dear Grandpa,” and signs the letter as “Ludwig Prinn,” (author of the fictional De Vermis Mysteriis) after giving his well wishes to Nyarlathotep and Cthulhu.
