In addition to 15-year-old Nourās ongoing health issues, Nourās sister Noha recently developed a severe stomach ulcer due to an infection induced by drinking unsanitary water. This ulcer is causing Noha extreme pain and digestive issues, and if it is not treated very soon, will lead to internal bleeding. This ulcer has gone untreated in order to allot more funds for Nourās ongoing nebulizer treatments, but it has progressed to the point of literally debilitating pain and serious complications. Letās raise the cost of treatment ASAP so Nour can continue nebulizer treatments and Noha can live her life again!!

19-year-old Khalil Al Habil's liver and kidneys are failing. Shrapnel damage from the bombardment that killed his baby brother Omar has gone mostly untreated due to a lack of funds and resources. The ill effects of this damage have progressed to the point that the organs are losing their ability to function. Khalil urgently needs 3 rounds of treatment to combat the effects of his deteriorating liver and kidneys.
We've paid off the first round of treatments but Khalil has two treatments that he still needs. The second costs about $1,250 usd, but we havenāt made much progress in more than a month and his condition is getting progressively worse. We need to meet this second goal ASAP!!!

6-year-old Souad has been anemic since birth, and starvation and disease due to the IOF assault have caused her severe additional health complications. In September she fell unconscious and was admitted to the hospital. She has since been comatose and fluid is building up around her brain.
Medical staff have worked very hard to reduce the swelling. But despite their efforts, Souad's brain is now hemorrhaging (bleeding). The swelling has been too persistent, and the pressure is rapidly bursting the cells of her brain, causing bleeding. This will kill her. Little Souad is dying.
She needs to be evacuated outside of Gaza, but this is extremely expensive. However, in addition to the high cost of the medical evacuation, her family is also forced to pay high medical fees to the private hospital which is caring for her. It is the only facility in Gaza with the capacity to slow the deterioration of her condition, and these bills must be paid for her to live long enough for evacuation. We are now raising funds to both support Suadās immediate life-sustaining care, AND eventual medical evacuation.

I have some good news I wanted to share with you.
I have made progress in my project and managed to create some wonderful pieces. However, I faced major setbacks because I needed to buy raw materials, and I didnāt have enough money. My campaign is moving very slowly.
At the same time, I am trying to support my family and become independent by starting my own project.
These are some of the results of my achievements this month, created amidst the tents and rubble. I will try to keep you updated always, but please help me as much as you can and talk about my work.
Here is a glimpse of some of the hardships I face, with rain and water leaking into the tent where my family and I live. But I always hold on to hope for life š¤.

every year small towns and indigenous communities across canada are burnt to nothing by horrific wildfires and americans go on the internet to complain about it and blame us bc the smoke has spread to their state. iām so tired.
go yell at mark carney or your own local politicians about climate change and urge them to do more to stop it. the namaygoosisagagun first nation had their community destroyed today. you can find a link to donate to them here. donate to your local food bank. go to the beach next week when the smoke clears and you donāt have to think about it anymore while the people whoās lives have been destroyed will have to pick up the pieces and try to move forward when we are already in a huge cost of living crisis across the country.
