hi, I’m Wren! this is a blog for my Pokémon OC, Blake. it’s actually a restarted version of an old blog I had for them, since my writing skills significantly improved since I first joined Rotomblr and I tweaked some things about their personality, lore, etc.

they’re part of an extended fanverse called the heroverse I’ve been working on for years, and have been the protag for the plot of a couple games; specially Sword, Y, and Black in that order. I have more info about it that I share on my blog @xgoldenlatiasx if you’re curious, including a timeline and a few other characters from it!

uhm I’m not… 100% sure but they’re like a type of post I see of “satisfying” gifs (usually from videos of slime or stim toys) themed around a certain thing like a fictional character or an aesthetic or a pokemon

so like green and yellow slime + leaves would fit a stimboard themed around sewaddle!! um and I think a big audience for them are autistic or adhd viewers? I. have adhd and I find them pretty relaxing to look at so I guess that checks out

this blog is so weird it showed up out of nowhere and it’s not even letting me decorate it!! I mean I like the pink and black color scheme and the header image thing but I kinda wanna make it blue and pink and set the header as one of my pokemon

I have not done this in quite some time, but given the surge in heat (and in turn my boredom), I am yet again seeking recommendations for any sort of film that I might find myself enjoying.

Now, I am somewhat hesitant doing this again considering the last time someone did so, I was subjected to something… honestly mortifying. I truly hope that it will not happen again.

Muse Mixup Madness Event: A Champion Time

// it’s been a while since I did a MMM on tumblr, and I wanna try being more active on this blog, so I thought I’d bring this one I was doing on discord here. the rundown is: we’re going back in time to when Blake was still champion of Galar! this is long before their Kalos and Unova adventures, and timeline-wise they’re currently placed sometime after the events of the Isle of Armor DLC.

// Blake’s not as abrasive or constantly overwhelmed as they were during the Facets of Truth arc, but their hero complex is definitely at its highest at this point. generally they mean well, but they’re easier to irk, and have a sense of righteousness that can get overbearing at times. they’re prone to uh, getting into arguments, and acting threatening when their anger boils to a certain point? the worse they’ll go to is “why don’t you say that to my face” and stuff along those lines.
