just finished watching 'the ba***ds of bollywood' and it was everything.

it quite literally had everything - romance, action, comedy. it was such a fun and enjoyable watch. i laughed throughout and there wasn't a moment of boredom. i was hooked. i really loved the blatancy of the show and that it didn't hold back. there were moments where i thought to myself could stir up controversy but it was so refreshing to watch something that was daring. it definitely pushed the boundaries beyond the norm and to me that was the highlight of the watch. the ending of the show left me speechless. it was unexpected but definitely added to the high felt after completing it. overall, it was a great show and a satisfying watch. would definitely recommend!

exam season is back

i find the last few days right before an exam to be extremely daunting. i tend to give up and waste my time in order to avoid the anxiety.

i would really appreciate some advice on how i can overcome this and what do you do to prepare in this time?

the start of a week recently has gone from being something i dread to something that i look forward to. it's like a fresh start and helps in keeping me motivated.

pinterest is also something that really helps me to romanticise work so here's a few pictures from my pinterest mood board.

Been a while

it's been a bit since i've been here. so here's an update.

in the last one and a half years, i graduated high school and moved cities to begin college.

college is definitely an experience. it's been fun and joyful, filled with firsts all along but it's also complex, terrifying and overwhelming. more than anything, it is difficult. nobody ever told me how demanding it can get. from classes to socials it's a lot and takes more effort than i would've ever guessed.

sitting in my room typing this as i procrastinate work, i feel like a completely different person since i last posted.

anyhow, i hope to post more so see you in the next!

My routine after school can be really interesting sometimes and other times I just wanna lay in bed watching a movie. I'm interested in knowing what people usually do after school/uni. Do you take a break before getting started with your routine or are you continuously on the run?

was feeling unproductive so hoping this post changes it.

this week has been a chill one, started off with a sugar detox which was very much needed after all the sugar i had last month and hoping to end it with completing a chunk of studying (praying i actually do and not procrastinate :/)

i’m happy that i was able to finish my project in advance, however, im finding it difficult to focus while studying which is not good since my exams are in 10days.

it’s been a while since i’ve posted here.

hope everyone’s been good and enjoying christmas break.

i’ve been able to do a little bit of studying everyday but i hope to do more. it’s hard to do work with my entire family around but i think i’m doing a good job.

although, it kinda pisses me off when some family members get irritated when i don’t go out with them when i have to study but i’m trying to ignore that.

it’s december already?!

this year really flew by. the year ending also means that it’s time for finals (yikes i’m scared).

with family coming down, project submissions and most importantly exams approaching (dreading), this month is hectic which means that i need to begin preparations asap.

i’m going to be doing days of productivity leading upto my finals. in case you need something like this, join me in daily updates :)

hey!! it’s been a while since i’ve last posted here, so here’s an update (i know nobody cares :) but never mind )

the last few weeks have been interesting. i’ve been more productive and had lesser bad days, so that’s good. i’ve also noticed that on days that i get work done and don’t laze around, i tend to be in a better mood.

however, i still find it hard to be consistent in doing work. for instance, thursday was one of the most productive days i’ve ever had but ever since i’ve got barely got any work done. it’s like because i’ve done work on one day, my brain feels like it deserves to have unproductive days as reward :/ which i later regret due to how much gets piled up. it’s an viscous circle let me tell you, which NEEDS to end.

also i can’t believe it’s already december aduojjdi. i mean it feels like yesterday i was stressing out about my 10th grade finals and here i am almost done with 11th.

anyways hope everyone has a memorable last month :))
