A 20-year-old young man lost control. He was very thin and started going to the gym to gain muscle mass. He weighed 62 kg in November 2024 and reached 76 kg by December 2025. Later, he injured his leg and was confined to bed rest; in just four months, he gained 40 kg of fat. Now, he weighs 115 kg and has many red stretch marks.

This beautiful photo of the amazing Hoggrim munching away on waffles has been my gainer inspiration for almost 10 years now. So round. So soft. So hungry. Everything I’ve always wanted to be. Now that I’m somewhere in the ballpark of this size it doesn’t look quite as enormous to me as it used to. But I’m still grateful that massive fatties like him put themselves out there. Being a big fat glutton is something to be praised and something to aspire to.
