Hii can you tell me about sculk husbands? I see you mentioning them every so often on my dash and I'd like to know a thing or two about them :)
HI HELLO!!!! I'M SO EXCITED THAT I GOT THIS ASK THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!!!
SO, Sculk Husbands are mine and my best friend's OCs, set in the Minecraft universe! Mine is Jelly Sparrow (wow, shocker) and his is Louis (Lui) Ivory (Jelly is a sparrow and warden hybrid, while Louis is a hare). We are writing their story together, how they met and stuff. Jelly comes from The Downside Up, this sorta Minecraft afterlife, it's the dimension of sculk (my MC theory is that the sculk is a material made out of souls of the dead and Ancient Cities are something along the lines of cemeteries, resting places). His family are the safekeepers of the Ancient Scythe, it can rip tears through reality and you can get between dimensions/worlds/universes with them (useful for... well, taking people into the afterlife). He has a great relationship with his family, though his parents can be a bit strict sometimes. He loves his sister a lot, so when at quite a young age (about 15) he has to escape his home dimension to protect the Scythe and leave his dearest sister behind, he's heartbroken. He spends many years travelling between dimensions, trying to learn how to use the Scythe and fix it, since it became broken while he was running away
For Lui, the backstory is simpler - he spawned in a Lush Cave with his sibling, who has later left him in favor of exploring the world. They send him postcards, but that's not enough to make up for the years he had to spend alone. Lui loves an adrenaline rush, living in caves is perfect for that - jumping over lava pools, fighting monsters, exploring dangerous places... Speaking of which... there is an abandoned, huge, old city he loves visiting. From the village people he has heard that it is extremely not advised to go there, since there are things that protect it. He was always somewhat wary of the shriekers and stuff, but never that careful. The city is abandoned anyway, so who cares if he makes some noise?
Well, that's where Jelly comes in. He has recently found himself in this new dimension and realized that he will have to deal with this new annoying neighbour of his.
That's the beginning of Act 1! It focues on Jelly's and Louis' relationship and how they interact, while Act 2 focues more on the village people (there is a town in the mountains above the caves) and what Jelly does in his in-between-dimensions adventures!! Also in Act 2 there is... the ending... but I'm still in the process of writing all of this stuff down properly...

(These are both a bit old, and they're just my interpretations of the two! My co-writer has very different designs for them, but sadly I could not find any pictures of his drawings...)

Every MC server/series I played on is a canon adventure that Jelly had! (I'm writing some one-shot-y stories about those as well!)
They both love gardening, though for different reasons (Jelly because he had a lot of free time in his home dimension and loved doing thag with his sister, Louis because he had to learn how to survive on his own)
While from the drawings their personalities might seem easy to assume, it's most likely the opposite (Jelly looks like he's all mean and grumpy all the time (which, he is, but mostly when you disturb the souls' resting), he's actually kind of a wet cat loser, and Lui might look all fun (which, again, he is, but not all of the time), he can really be a dick sometimes
