I could point to a lot of ways i think dio and diavolo work as narrative opposites but i think the funniest one is that dio has children he never found out about all over the place and it never has any effect on him at all meanwhile diavolo has one accident baby and he spends the whole story trying to ruthlessly murder her + she basically causes his downfall
