I searched long and hard for about 5 years for this VHS, which was released in 1992 and limited to 100 copies. Unfortunately it’s near impossible to come by, even Shozin Fukui doesn’t own a copy. But he did tell me he was going to work on restoring his print of it. So hopefully it’ll be a bit more available in the future.
