Have you ever spent a significant amount of time on something completely useless?

Anyway, I made a stardew valley gifting chart specifically for the more well-liked foragable items.

Now, when you have more of any forageable than you know what to do with, you can quickly know which villager will take your garbage for an easy friendship boost.

I did this instead of homework.

been watching my gf play stardew valley for the first time and my fav is just so, so predictable of me

Literally just spitting out my ideas so far lol

Rorine is a new farmer(kind of), a marine biologist moved onto the river farm following the advice of her older brother Elliot. Shy, soft-spoken until she’s gotten comfortable around everyone within earshot(few months or more), slight stutter, high anxiety, severe depression, hypersensitivity, slightly autistic... Bucket list goes on, but it worries her more, makes her feel like a walking list of disorders. Made friends with Sebastian years before via online platforms, totally involved in video-chatting Solarion Chronicles. Moved to Stardew Valley not knowing Sebastian lived there, really couldn’t afford it but a friend had been given the property and wanted to see it go to use. Rori isn’t the best farmer, more of an insanely lucky sort of green thumb. Becomes close with Willy quickly for his help in her studies and experiments, as well as Leah due to Elliot being so fond of her. Gradually warms up to Seb’s family due to his opinions and stories, learns to see how things appear skewed when living in the situation. Takes to Abby and Sam slowly, Sam has so much energy and she almost can’t deal, but Abby takes her to explore places and likely leads Rori to her interest in the mines with the subterranean lakes. Rori is an open book; if you ask her something about her past she’ll tell you and make it crystal clear about her trauma. At the same time she’s very shy and bad about the “only speak when spoken to” mindset. Sebastian helps give her a voice more often than not, when Elliot isn’t there to do it.

Would anyone be interested in a polyamory story with werewolf Alex, half-orc Shane and a partial mermaid sailor?? Cause I decided to try a run through on my iPad and of course it turned into a new oc, and so had ideas for Alex as a werewuff hating water and learning to control himself cause his partners stick him on a boat by himself in the ocean(tied to the dock with a ways of rope don’t worry). And I feel like Shane and Alex would be good for one another?

Also I’m a self indulgent pos and I adore SDV and couldn’t choose between Shane and Alex for this character/playthrough-

It’d be an interesting concept if the shipping box didn’t exist on the farm.

That, in order to sell your crop, fish, geodes, etc. you would have to go to the respective person that deals with that subject. Respectively, Pierre, Willy, Clint, etc, etc. and you can only sell THAT specific type of item to them and nothing else.

Things would not be relaxing in Stardew, but that’s what this picture is based off of.

now here’s an oc i didn’t think i’d be revisiting anytime soon, but i figured why not? it’s been months since Connor decided to give up his wrestling career and moved to a small farm somewhere in the central valley and he’s found some solace in that rural countryside he’s also gotten a little softer since he’s not on his strict pro-wrestler regimen anymore, he still has no interest in finding someone, and wants do so at his own pace btw this can also make for a good Stardew Valley AU :P

The Harp of Yoba!

This really nifty mod allows you to do several things as long as conditions are met for each piece of sheet music. For instance, the one we see here is called “Animal’s Aria”, and you receive it in the mail after completing Haley’s 8 heart event. By equipping it into the harp the same way you’d equip bait into a fishing pole, you can then play that sheet of music, and all of the animals on your farm will be petted. It even sounds like a great cheer from the animals as all of their heart bubbles fly up at once! ♥ Now, this is probably over powered if you’re playing as predominately a Rancher, but for all ‘rounder games where you just hate chasing down those animals for the pets, I think it’s great.

Ballad of the Wanderer: (Mailed after completed Community Center) Teleports between two locations The Fisherman’s Lament: (Mailed after you played 5 songs in front of the old mariner at the beach who only shows up when it rains) Gives a huge luck and fishing Buff once a day and a smaller fishing buff after that. Ode to the Dark: (Mailed after playing the Birthday Sonata for the Wizard) Randomly turns all monsters in one location into the same type of monster Farmer’s Lullaby: (Mailed after playing 2 songs for Granpa’s shrine) Plants 9 random seeds if you are standing in a field. (once a day) Rondo of Time: (Mailed after George’s house event) Speeds through 2 hours. Animal’s Aria*: (Mailed after Haley’s Animal Event) Pets all animals in an area. Adventurer’s Allegro*: (Mailed after killing 100 Monsters) Refills energy and stamina (once a day) and gives a speed boost.

Again, some of these might seem overpowered, and because of that, there’s some I even won’t be using. It’s a great optional mod though imo, and there is even another mod which allows you to switch music to a more harp-ish sound if the original isn’t to your taste.
