Intimacy is not just about sex. It's having heart-to-hearts, staying up all night talking, sharing childhood memories, thoughts, fears, dreams & hopes for the future. It's uncontrollable laughter, direct eye contact and feeling each other without touching - it's exchanging energy
my fault i thought that we were soulmates
Texting is cool but what if we just drive to the beach, watch the sunset and talk about life?

āI plant roots so deeply in the people I love that I always lose a piece of myself when they go.ā

I have about twenty tabs open,
And one is called āhoney boyā
And another is āa letter to the boy I loved once,ā
And another is the project
I couldnāt do because
I was crying last night,
I was falling last night,
Falling again.
In this tab,
Weāre in a math tutorial online
and videos are mandatory so
Itās the first time Iāve
Seen your face since
School closed because of
The pandemic you promised
To protect me from,
And youāre playing
with your messy hair
And Iām falling again.
Iām remembering
what it was like to run
my hands through your hair
And press my lips on yours
And lace my fingers in
your soft willow ones,
Like puzzle pieces that
fit perfectly together,
And Iām falling again.
Iām looking in your eyes
And drowning Because
Theyāre the type of
stormy sea blue
Iād love to write a poem about,
But thatās her job now.
Even though I shouldnāt,
Iām remembering the way
You wrapped your
arms around me
And told me I was pretty
And smart and kind and
Perfect,
And I canāt help it,
Iām falling again.
Iām remembering the
way we put together a puzzle
In the back of this teachers class
last year and
the way you broke it apart
Just to tease me
And Iām thinking about
The way our broken edges
Fit together so perfectly.
Until they didnāt anymore.
And the pieces of the puzzle,
They fell to the floor,
Just like I did,
Just like Iām falling,
Falling,
Again.

My heart is the graveyard of my concealed feelings, for you. It is engraved with wounds; flooded with tears.

...Believe it or not, this poem is actually about how much I hate the paperwork involved in getting international shipments through Customs clearance.

Rapunzel
The first color attempt for Rapunzel. I went originally for a gold/purple color scheme but eventually tried a completely different direction with the palette. The inking took a long time, but the stone and hair texture result turned out well!
