regarding sirenea / shikon / baeuty / hopeflower / prettyguardian / catswoman aka nina who suddenly decided to go by nini like me.
i would like to preface that nina has essentially no timestamps in her "dni" of me, just a bunch of random screenshots trying to act like she wasn't the one who stole everything from me. whereas i do. links even. the one timestamp she has is of art apparently and not the one that truly matters, which is WHEN the screenshot was taken in comparison to when i started using the fanart (always with credit), since the fanartist changed their rules DURING that year, AFTER i started using said fanart. again, i don't check her blog, all of this information is sent to me by her ex-friends.
NEW: nina uses ai. (sent to me, posted with permission). by far one of the most relevant considering the art theft accusation.
left is ai image. if you click on it you'll see the fake "japanese characters" at the top that are ai generated (as someone who can speak japanese it was easy to spot the ai). right is official art. also note the difference in collar. someone who writes and loves kagome with her whole heart would've noticed this much.

someone recently came to me and told me that nina sent them anon hate and then tried to convince them that i was the one who sent that. if this also happened to you, know it was nina. i don't send out anons in general let alone ever send anyone hate.
i was also made aware that nina created multiple fake blogs during all of this to harass me and other people and to make it seem like she has many people supporting her disgusting behavior. also if a burner account approached you claiming it's me just to send hate/argue/whatever, know it definitely isn't me.

going by timestamps, nina stole from me. down to the alias. tried claiming it as her own and actually ACCUSED ME of stealing when i've had ariel for 10 years.
faceclaim. you can't actually go around claiming ownership of someone's face. unless you're kennedy herself you have 0 claim of who uses her as a fc. she popped up on my tiktok in her disney cosplays and that was that. again, unless you're claiming to be kennedy herself you can't go around accusing people of "stealing her".
on that note. a while back i was sent a message that "kennedy is a z*ion*ist. at the time there were no receipts, only the message and so i quickly skimmed through google and couldn't find any genuine evidence of this. going into a deeper dive now that i'm starting fresh, however, i found some more solid proof of this (feel free to look it up since this is a whole different topic) so i think it's safer if we both stopped using her if you hadn't already.
also, regarding the "she reblogged the same post as me"? are you making dni for every person who reblogged a post that was made PUBLIC on tumblr? did you create the post yourself? if you did you should block me on that blog so i don't reblog it too but if you didn't you can't actually claim it as your own.

NEW BC NEW INFORMATION WAS BROUGHT TO ME ALSO ABOUT POMPEDIA ( who was friends with a groomer and scammer knowing what the former did and well, nina, mind u ) SPREADING THIS IN A DNI. the artist changed their rules about their art being used, it originally had nothing of its usage, so i had to reconfirm if i could use it, hence the date. a lot of people (pom included who followed me the whole time this happened) saw the post i made that went something like "saw the artist i use fanart of change their rules suddenly so gonna check if i can keep using the art", and honestly a few people who saw the post have confirmed this in comments. but the credit was there the whole time, feel free to post the screenshots of that though i assume you won't since it won't help your case.
'art theft' is genuinely a wild accusation given that nina uses ai

i want to point out that, again, i have never spoken to nina in my life. this, which could've been handled privately, was made public, meaning it was done out of pure malice and has been done over and over to different people in different fandoms. the most shocking part to me personally was spamming with follow/unfollow/follow all my mutuals so they'd notice you and your posts. i think as long as my blog exists she'll keep harassing and stalking me and there's nothing i can do about it unfortunately, except keep going. and it's the way you proved me right about you being dangerous and my fear that you'd end up targeting me.

reasons i won't call this person nini and rather their original name is because i don't want anyone ever thinking that's me, hence me explaining my alias comes from blackpink's jennie aka nini since there's so many callouts posted against nina. scary.
anyway this information has come to me from rose @peculiarbeauty who has also had to endure nina's behavior since 2017.
now mind you, i have NEVER spoken to nina in my life. we've never talked, we don't know each each other personally, all i heard from this person was from other people and callouts which i don't support because i'm a believer that people change, which clearly isn't the case here.
ok bestie i need this to come across loud and clear I HAVE NEVER ONCE EVEN OPENED YOUR BLOG. copy when you're obviously the one stalking ME? i promise you i have never checked your blog cause you scare the heck out of me with your lying, manipulative behaviors that I was worried would be pushed onto me one day as they did rose, hence why I have you blocked everywhere. it started when i noticed another nini who was writing all the same muses as me and then, well, i heard about you. blocked. if you were so pressed i blocked that you had to go make up stuff based off the same muse we're playing???? idk what to tell you. you either went back and edited old posts copying my stuff or it was pure coincidence. i really want to believe the latter since the former is very very concerning.
obviously i'm not gonna link anything regarding nina's callouts, feel free to look for them yourself or ask rose but she's pretty traumatized so be kind. she gave me permission to mention her here btw.
this situation has been quite the rollercoaster! nina, i hope you find inner peace, this kind of mindset cannot be healthy. as for me, i know my conscience is clear and everyone is obviously welcome to believe whatever they'd like. i adore ariel with my whole heart and want to put her in my little pocket and take her with me everywhere c:
