I'm really curious how Sizz-Lorr in ur au takes Sporks death(?) now :0?
I assume you mean his death in Devastis but funny enough, Spork died when he became Tallest and "Tallest Spork" was more of a puppeteered corpse. His armor was alive and doing most of the controlling, a tiny piece of the Control Brains to forge a unique armor for Spork and capapble of doing the most basic tasks.
It's why Tallest Spork was incredibly detached, "aloof", and entirely unpredictable. His personality could be similar to someone senile but even then there are moments where he looks so. Uncanny. The only ones who noticed this were his closest friends- not just Sizz Lorr but Bobby and Poki too.
Y'see, they're childhood friends. Poki and Bobby were seniors and Spork always referred to them as "Senior Poki/Bobby". This applied too with Sizz Lorr- someone who was very close to Spork like a brother and he hung out with Poki and Bobby here and there.
When Spork ended up being chosen to be Tallest Miyuki's bodyguard before her official ceremony celebrating the new Tallest, Sizz Lorr had always been on edge with the status quo of the Empire. He had always looked out for Spork since they were young so seeing that Spork is getting dragged to the highest circle/rank abruptly made him tense and paranoid.
He still worked with Poki and Bobby whilst Spork stuck with Miyuki, on off days Spork would visit him every once and a while- even sending mail! It was "tolerable" bc at least he knows Spork would be okay, hearing that Spork was close with Tallest Miyuki.
So when Miyuki died, it was only a matter of time that Spork- the next taller- become Tallest. Sizz Lorr just didn't expect it to happen so soon and when he reached out to find Spork, he sees that Spork-- no, Tallest Spork had changed drastically.
One thing Sizz Lorr noticed was his eyes lacked that spark he was so familair with. Like it's been snuffed out.
He might as well be walking around as a corpse relearning how to converse and move- he moves like he's still trying out his own limbs. Bobby was incredibly disturbed, Poki tried to stick to her ignorance is bliss mindset, and Sizz Lorr felt like he failed and was stuck in a position he's unable to move from.
Tallest Spork was... odd. Ran as Tallest for a few months, meant to kickstart Impending Doom + The new Invader Program as per the Control Brain's plans. Yet even then, THEY ignored the way Tallest Spork spiraled to a point he INITIALLY PLANNED HIS DEATH to be PUBLIC. He wanted to die in a way that's memorable and will leech into the minds of many- something traumatizing, something that hurts. The Control Brains agreed to the request.
So when the incident in Devastis happened, Sizz Lorr- who was much closer to Tallest Spork's position- was first to jump into action yet he hesitated upon seeing a look on Tallest Spork's face.
After Spork died, Sizz Lorr was unresponsive for a bit and even more when after such event led to his abrupt reassignment becoming a food service drone over to Foodcourtia- sent away from Irk and no time to mourn and process the sequence of grief and turmoil he was put through. Bobby became a tablehead and Poki was sent away to a mission meant to kill her but her whereabouts are unknown.
Sizz Lorr never got over the event but he buries the memories, not wanting to fall onto sentimentality as it would leave him vulnerable again. he buries himself in work which led to him becoming who he is today... and he never truly abandoned his training, being considered a formidable soldier and also taking his job much more seriously (and holding major grudges- such as when Zim left his post)
