Comprehension is paramount.
it gets better. you find better. you experience better. in due time you will become better. better is all you will attract.
Grief can be a tangled ball of emotion that feels impossible to unknot and identify what lies within, but often, identifying the emotions associated with a traumatic experience or loss can help us to better understand why we react the way we do afterwards. If you're suffering from a loss or a trauma, print out this image and take some time to color in emotions you associate with the event. Another great way to process is to write down what these emotions feel like in your body--does anger make you feel breathless? Does sadness make your chest hurt? Does anxiety make your stomach twist? Getting in touch with your body is just as important when processing grief and can make dealing with it a little easier.
