Radio by Yuqi - fan graphic

I have been waiting for what feels like months for Radio by Yuqi to come out, and finally, in May, it happened. So in honour of that, I thought I would brush off my fan graphic skills. The idea I had for this song was to make a poster where it looks like Yuqi's song was being played on the radio. The blue square boxes are meant to look like sound waves. I also tried to go for a similar theme with the cutting up of the word radio. I then layered in lyrics of the song and did half a heart to resemble the break-up featured in the song.

Really loving Stayc's new mini album, teenfresh. It has so many summer bops on it that I can't get enough of. Buble is my favourite track on the mini album.

Fully feeling the Kenergy at the minute. So I had to channel my inner Ken vibes into a graphic as I can't get I'm Just Ken out of my head. Such an amazing track from a fully amazing movie that I cant wait to come to streaming platforms so I can watch it again.

Jisoo finally getting a solo was a joy to experience. She has such an amazing voice that I would love to hear more in a style like Flower. So I hope it's not long before we get more solo work from her. Although we all know how slow YG is making music for Blank Pink to release.

Next up in my graphic theme of slowly making my way through all of New Jean's music, we have Hype Boy. A cracking track that shows off their style well. I am also in the process of making a Super Shy graphic as their new ep is on fire. Who knows how long it will take me to finish it, though, as this is more of a slow-burn project.

I have been obsessed with the Barbie movie and can't get over how good the soundtrack is. My partner hasn't quite enjoyed the hyper-fixation of me playing the album on repeat and watching what feels like every interview on youtube going. While in my hyper-fixation mode, I made these six icons using the lyrics of Choose Your Fighter by Ava Max. You cant see the borders on any of the icons, as I was inspired by the Instagram grids where everything interconnects, so I wanted an icon set like that.

Talk that Talk - Twice - Nayeon

Making a small box-styled graphic isn't always my top choice; however, I thought I'd give one a try. My inspiration for this was Talk That Talk Twice, and feeling compelled to use the song made things more difficult than it needed to be, but I am glad I stuck with it.

Overall I am quite happy with how it turned out, so I will defiantly be making more in future.

Unforgiven - Le Sserafim

Unforgiven was a song that, from the get-go, I knew I wanted to make a graphic on. So I did just that and used it as a chance to test out my typography skills. I love the way the word "villain" glides around the graphic. Honestly had a lot of fun bopping to this song as I made this graphic.

Paxxword - Nmixx - Kyujin

System check! Paxxword by Nmixx is such a bop. I am so in love with it, and it makes me want to check out more of their music for more bangers.

Slowly falling in love with New Jeans and what seems like making a graphic for all of their songs. This is my second News Jeans graphic, with my first being OMG, and I have to say Ditto is also an amazing song to design a graphic of. Here to my New Jeans graphics in the future.

Tetris - Taron Egerton // Nikita Efremov

Often we fall in love with a video game without always knowing how it came to be. Tetris is one of my all-time favourite games that I've played on multiple platforms and even online with countless people. Only I never knew the full story behind it, and that changed as I watched Tetris the film.

A film that explores the story of how one of the world's most popular video games found its way to players around the globe. A biographical thriller that spends a large chunk of its time in soviet Russia and constantly had me wowed as I remembered it's based on a true story. I feel like this is a film I'll be thinking about for quite some time to come with all the new information I have to process around the game Tetris.

Not all video games adored by millions around the globe had a shining start. For some it's much darker and to some extent I like that. Knowing that even in the mids of hardship you can still go to become a top global seller.

Overall this is a film id very much watch again and highly recommend. It's on Apple tv a streaming platform with a seven-day free trial. On this note, I'm off to play some online Tetris.

As part of my love for this film, I made some fan graphics based on the soundtrack. I used the songs The Final Countdown by Europe, and I need a hero by Bonnie Tyler.

Hard to love BlackPink Jisoo

When it comes to kpop Girl Groups, I'm not the biggest fan of BlackPink. However, Hard To Love is a track I can't get enough of and would love to see more like it by them.

Teddy Bear - Stayc

Teddy Bear by Stayc is such a fun song that I am loving at the minute. This graphic was also a fun one to make, as I did a lot of experimenting with geometric shapes.

Cupid - Fifty Fifty

I have become obsessed with Fifty Fifty's latest comeback Cupid. I've had it on repeat for the past few days, so I ended up being inspired to make an icon set. I had so much fun making the above icons.

Once in a Moon - Sarah Kang - Eunha

Challenged myself to make a purple graphic using Sarah Kang's lyrics. The song I ended up using was Once In a Moon, which I paired with Eunha as the model.

Run - BTS - JungKook

Run by BTS is one of my favourite songs by them. So I decided to make a graphic to show my love for the song.

Shoot Me - Day 6 Throwback to the brilliant Day 6 song that is Shoot Me which inspired this typography icon set.
