Hey there. How has your day been going? Maybe it was great, maybe you have been feeling good and smiling. But maybe it has been a tough day for you, you've been crying or feeling frustrated. But no matter how good or bad your day was, I think I might have something for you that can make your day better than it's been so far.

You see, there's this drama I started called 'Hospital Playlist' of which season 2 will start airing on Thursday! I'm pretty sure most of you know it already because, as I have learned too now, it's kind of an iconic amazing drama. I've learned it from some of you guys after all, how amazing this drama is. I started it this week and I'm loving it so much. I just had to watch it before the start of season 2. And you know there's greaaattt humor in it!! Like seriously every episode you can find me laughing so much and I love it. I think I found my new favorite comfort drama. So to make your day better, I will be sharing some of the funniest scenes from a specific episode here.

Now I have a question for you guys, or actually several, answer whichever you want, or don't answer at all if you don't feel like answering them, but I thought it'd be nice asking some questions to interact with you guys about under my post. So, which one of these scenes made you laugh the hardest? How many of these scenes made you laugh out loud? Because for me it's definitely all of them. The editing of this took a little longer than expected but here I am with a new series on my account: Fashionable Farewell. Every time I'm about to watch the finale of a kdrama I will create an outfit inspired by it and watch the finale in it. I love putting outfits together a lot. It really is a way for me to express myself it and it just gives me a lot more confidence and happiness, wearing a good-looking outfit.

When I put an outfit together that reminded me of Youth of May I thought I could turn this into a series on my account.

I got the blouse in a vintage store last week. The style of it really reminded me of the 80s style in the drama. And I thought the black denim skirt finished the look off well. In a way I think the colors even represent this drama well. The light colored blouse with the flowers showing the soft and delicate side of this drama. And then there's the black skirt showing the dark and tragic side of this drama.

I put the outfit pictures together with some of the ending scenes of the even numbered episodes (so 2-4-6 etc.) I hope you guys like it!

My review of Youth of May will be up later this week, but for now I just want to say already that I thought this was a beautiful drama and I really enjoyed watching this weekly!

I gotta say I'm quite happy with and proud of the aesthetic I created in this collage. But anywayssss...

The last Youth of May episode of this week, episode 10, was quite intense. Hell broke loose when soldiers started shooting on a group of civilians. It was already awful enough how students had been attacked, because of their relation with protesting against the martial law, but it only got worse and worse. To such an inhumane point. The way the martial law was used in Gwangju in this real historic event was so cruel and heartbreaking.

Just thinking about it, I find it horrifying that people with power allowed this to happen. How they just used people as pawns to reach their goals. To the point where innocent people dying, being killed doesn't even seem to matter to them anymore. How much power can blind people, how if you aren't careful it can make you so selfish, cruel and heartless.

What will happen next week in the final 2 episodes? I still see so many possibilities. It's very likely going to end tragic but I still cannot guess in what exact way that will be. But if I would have to guess something I would say that Myung Hee and Hee Tae are going to make it out alive (yes i am still all desperate with the good hopes for these two haha), although I wonder if they will end up together in the end, or if something will rip them apart. But someone will still die of course. Because of what we saw in the first scene. It will be someone important in the plot likely. I think someone is going to sacrifice themselves for someone else, but for me it could be anyone. I just can't guess that.

Someone is going to have a tragic ending in Youth of May and a hidden secret, a buried body, will be found under a building in the time we're now living in . Now the question for us to figure is who is this person? I had almost forgotten about this tragic beginning. I mean of course I was aware that Youth of May was probably going to have a tragic ending in some way, but I was deep down still hoping for the best for Hee-tae and Myung-hee. I watched a video by @dramahyung (go check out his YouTube channel if you haven't yet) a few days before and his video reminded me of this beginning again. He made a theory on how the man at the train station, who dropped his bag when hearing the news about the dead body, was Hee-tae and the dead body was Myung-hee's body. Especially with seeing the found clock and Myung-hee's having been in thst business. It partly makes a lot of sense. The man actually seemed like an older, slumpier version of Hee-tae to me but still it kept me thinking too. This outcome sounded also simple and predictable in a way. I've wondered if maybe this was someone else's body, if maybe someone took the fall for Myung-hee if that is possible in any way. If someone offered themselves up for her. But yeah honestly it could very possibly be her too. I just, ahhh, thinking about the ending of Youth of May has been making my brain crack so much. I just keep on thinking about how this will end and I just don't know what to predict. I'm hoping for the best while seeing the tragic elemetns, the forespell of Hee-tae and Myung-hee finally having chosen permamently for each other now, even though we have 4 whole episodes left and some big scary things are about to happen with the martial law being used in Gwangju now. Who do you think the found remains are from and who is the mysterious man at the train station? I am still doubting about how I think it will end. But whatever happens, it's likely going to be tragic and that hurts my heart.🥺🥺

Today I want to thank someone. I want to thank someone for recommending a kdrama that has become very close to my heart, even though I am still in the midst of watching it, and I want to encourage you guys to do the same. To in the comment section thank somene in this community who recommended a drama that you are really grateful for. We try to encourage each other here in this community to also watch the dramas that we ended up loving, and I thought it would be nice to see what has come of that. I personally want to thank Ela. (@overdramatic.edits) I want to thank her for recommending 'Soul Mechanic' and besides being convincing with her words, also being convincing with her beautiful aesthetic edits. Soul Mechanic is a beautiful healing drama related to mental health problems and the world of psychiatry. The female lead is the same ennegram type as me (enfp) and I feel like because of that I can understand her so well. And actually, ahh this is harder for me to speak so openly about in a caption, but whereas Han Joo Woo has bipolar disorder, I actually have a mental disorder too. Not bipolar, but ADHD. And last year I was also diagnosed with anxiety disorder. For both things I have gotten therapy and that's been very helpful and it has helped clear my head more, understand certain things better. Han Woo Joo didn't want to be seen as a patient for a long time. She just wanted to be normal. She wanted to be able to fix herself. But you can't always fix yourself. Sometimes you just don't have enough knowledge about mental issues to be able to do that. And that's okay. Just like it's okay to get help for physical struggles, it's also okay to get help for mental struggles. You are no less strong because of it. But just like your body, the mind can be complicated to understand too. It's okay to need help with fixing your mental health.

To have found a drama in which I can relate in certain ways to the female lead and it besides that being a very healing drama, that is something I am just very grateful for. This drama is my current comfort drama. I want to watch it when I wake up and before I fall asleep and it always makes me feel better. I'm already excited for the many other gems I will discover through you guys' recommendations.

I still wanted to share this one scene from Joan’s Galaxy. I just thought it was really nice how out of such a small thing like the smell of coffee, they could turn it into a moment of character development and depth.

“I want to try it.”

Such a short sentence but it holds a lot of power to me. Not just in this scene but in life in general. Face your fears or just do it to experience something new. Every once in a while try something you haven’t before. There’s so many beautiful things in this world to explore. Sometimes it takes some courage to se this step to actually try something new. It’s not always easy but it can be really worth it.

I’m sitting here, thinking, what new thing could I try? What do I want to try? Actually this reminds me that tonight I tried a fruit I hadn’t eaten before. I didn’t like the taste of it though, but I did try it. I learned more about my taste because of it. I think something else I would like to try is to create more of a skin care routine with some new products. I haven’t really had a good routine with that for years so in a way I see that as a new thing.

Life is fragile and it can be over before you know it. This story shows that. Not with just a fictional story, but one that is a mirror. This science fiction story represents our society so painfully well, you know? We’re taught that the time to enjoy our lives will come later. First graduate and find yourself a job. You will have all time anyway. First get a partner and get married. But wait, don’t be too late with starting a family. And hey, you can enjoy life a little, but don’t do anything to risky, live as healthy as possible. Just live up to those standards and you’ll be fine. The time will come that you can do the things you really love.

No stop. Don’t fall into that trap. Yes these things can be important moments and steps in your life, but don’t let them stop you from doing things that make you happy. Make each day count. And you can do that in the slightest of ways. Joan told Yi Oh how every day before going to sleep she makes sure she has done at least 3 things she loves. It can be in the slightest of the things honestly. Make yourself a good meal, draw something, go for a walk, or whatever else makes you happy. Don’t wait with starting enjoying your life. Start today if you haven’t yet. It’s never too late.

The growing love between Yi Oh and Joan is so precious and beautiful to see. The way it is portrayed, honestly the way this whole story is portrayed is just incredible. This whole episode is just so wholesome, it makes you laugh, cry and think. But… even though I liked the ending, I wish there was one thing they would have done different. Yi Oh decides to leave Joan and undergo the surgery so she has the possibility to live longer after all. And what bothered me was that the writers barely showed anything of how Yi Oh was a changed person now, besides when she was by herself thinking about Joan. I wish we could have seen more of Joan’s impact on Yi Oh’s life on the outside too. I wanted this experience to make her just rebel against her C family at least a little, against their way of living which was all about just staying alive, but not actually living.

But yeah, definitely give this a watch please!

It was a few weeks ago that I saw a few people on here recommending a specific kdrama episode from a kdrama called ‘SF8’. It was episode 3, called ‘Joan’s galaxy’. It’s a standalone science fiction episode about a heavily polluted world in which society is divided into two groups: N’s and C’s. The C’s have received a certain vaccine and the N’s haven’t been able to get that vaccine. Due to this the N’s can only live around 30 years, whereas C’s can live up to 100 years. This leads to N’s making the most of their life from an early age, knowing they’ll die young, so they just have to live their life while they still can. C’s on the other hand don’t have that pressure of knowing they’re going to die soon, so they just try to live healthy, so they can live as long as possible. But what happens when a college girl from a C family finds out she turns out to be an N because of some mistake at her birth. This is the story of how a N girl called Joan changed this girl’s, who’s called Yi Oh, view on life completely. This 52-minute standalone episode left me smiling and feeling in awe. This whole short story is so moving. The character development and blossoming love are so great to see. And the cinematography is also amazing!! Here’s a little poem dedicate to Hee-tae. It’s a poem about him and the ‘her’ I mention is not me btw lol, that’s of course the amazing Myung-hee I’m talking about. The conversation in episode 3 this quote is from + cycling back home from work today in the spring rain, watching a bunch of beautiful flowers with raindrops on them, is what inspired me to write this poem about Hee-tae. He’s so strong. He might appear confident and bright on the outside, but that doesn’t have to say anything about how he feels on the inside.

In today’s episode we saw him being confronted with his past and how when it’s shoved suddenly right into his face, it’s hard for him to hide his emotions. Tears started falling down his voice. You can’t always hide or fight your emotions. Especially when something happens you weren’t prepared for.

I have so much respect for how strong and bright he remains on the outside. His past wasn’t the best, he didn’t always have that much, but he kept on trying to make the best of it. He’s so interesting to me. How he’s so bold when it comes to his growing love for Myung-hee, yet his big insecurities when it comes to his self image and abilities. My words, this caption, may sound a bit like a random mess, but there’s just so many different thoughts going through my head. It’s interesting to see a male lead being so charming around the girl he likes, yet also being insecure. He’s bold, but soft. I’m afraid that if this drama doesn’t end with these two ending up together, it could break Hee-tae more than ever before. Especially because being with Myung-hee and learning from her is like therapy to him I think, like healing. Because of this I also have some hopes that the writers might make them end up together, but yeah we can’t know that for sure. I mean anything can happen, so all we can do is await and see.

I’m going to miss these two and i can’t wait till it’s monday again.

I wasn’t go to watch this first. I was already watching some finished dramas and didn’t start more ongoing ones because of it but after having seen many posts full of love and appreciation for this drama, I just had to check it out. It just looked so precious and beautiful. And I’m so glad I did. It didn’t take me long to get into this drama and I have completely fallen in love with Do-hyun and with this beautiful couple and this precious and interesting drama. I love dramas with soft vibes and that is just what this one is. And this couple has incredible chemistry.

While catching up with this drama tonight I smiled so much. This kdrama makes me so genuinely happy. I also looveee the 80s fashion in this drama so you guys can expect a post about that too soon. Honestly, I feel like other accounts have put their love for this drama in much better words than what I am trying here with my rambling. But I hope I’m making sense enough. I am so excited for all this drama will bring and I highly, highly recommend this drama to anyone who is looking for something soft, healing and heartwarming as well as heartfluttering to watch.

Honestly I don’t really have that much special to say about this weekend’s new episodes of so I married the anti-fan. I just want to say I’m really enjoying this drama. It really is a fun watch. It feels easy to watch, makes me feel lighter inside, and I’m loving the drama going on in it too. Also haha, the marriage shoot scene in episode 3 was hilarious. I loved that.

These past two episodes there were also more depth given to why the situation between Hoo-joon and Jae-joon is so cold and how it once was different. I found the conflict what drove them apart interesting because I could understand both sides. Although I would say though that it was kind of selfish to me of Who-Joon to stay with the entertainment company he was part of with Jae-joon and In-hyung when only Who-joon was treated well there. That he stayed even when Jae-joon told his father had gotten him a company, so they could all leave this company together. But Who-joon stayed. But well, maybe it’s a little early to judge when I don’t even know half. But anyways, we will see about all of this in the upcoming episodes. I’m very curious about everything that is to come. And I’m also very curious about how it will end up with these two ex-friends. I’m having a big feeling Geun-young could be someone helping in restoring that friendship.

𝙎𝙤 𝙄 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞-𝙛𝙖𝙣: 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨

I have started watching this drama and there’s actually something quite special to this drama to me. It’s not the plot. No, I’m talking about the lead actors. The male lead, Choi Tae-joon, and the female lead, Sooyoung, are both actors I have seen play big roles in other dramas, and it’s my first time seeing main actors from another drama I have star together in another drama. I have only watched around 15-20 kdramas so far, so I mean that makes sense. And what makes it more interesting to me that the dramas I saw them in compared to this drama, they play people with quite different characteristics. I mean Sooyoung with her role in Run On and Tae-joon with his role in Suspicious Partner were quite different (to me) than who they play now. But that also makes this drama and their very interesting to watch to me.

But anyways, now to give my opinion about this drama so far. I think it’s really nice one so far! I mean it’s kind of a cliche and predictable plot, but that’s something I like too. I love unique dramas with their own twist, but some more cliche ones I also find fun to watch. I’ll definitely continue watching and I can’t wait for it to be tomorrow because then a new episode is airing!

Before I write my Vincenzo review down below, let me quickly point out something about this scene in the last episode. A lot of the growing relationship between Vincenzo and Cha-young throughout the whole drama is a lot more showing than telling. And the way they look at each other right before they tell each other how much they have missed the other, the changes in the looks on their faces, without saying a single word, their bodies are expressing themselves more than words could do justice. This drama has the beautiful romance of these two, even when they have barely kissed, held hands or other typical couple things. Through other actions and through how they have been there for each other, through certain conversations and more, the writers have shown the developing relationship of these two. And this kiss was just the cherry on the cake. I’m glad we got it though because that cherry makes the cake the cake look just perfect.

This drama made me feel so many things. It was intense, deep, sad and beautiful. So much happened, every episode over and over again. I really got sucked into all the suspense and emotions and it was a beautiful ride. From the simple funny things like a pigeon called Inzaghi who saved the day and became special to a mafia member to the tragic deaths of characters who did not deserve to die the way they did.

How humor, life lessons and action/suspense/dark things were combined in this drama, was a really interesting thing to me. I don’t believe there are many dark comedy kdramas out there and especially not one as good as Vincenzo. I loved the characters in this drama. There were so many interesting characters with depth and the character development of several characters was also very interesting! I loved the emphasis this drama put on how meaningful and important family is, not just family by blood, but the family as in the people you choose to form a family with. Friends who become like family. And the acting was phenomonal. Truly incredible. Don’t even get me started about the chemistry Song Joong-ki and Jeon Yeo-bin delivered. They did so so so well! One of the best acting duos for sure.

this man🥺🥺❤️ i don’t really have the words to describe how happy i am that a good friend of mine has always fangirled so much over ji chang-wook and his acting. it was because of her i got really curious about his acting and had to watch a drama with him. i really fell in love with his amazing acting and charisma when i watched suspicious partner, and even more when i watched lovestruck in the city. at first i didn’t think he was the type of actor who would become one of my favorites but since i have seen more of his acting and other videos of him my mind has changed a lot about that 😂 so yeah may i present to you one of my favorite korean actors ji chang-wook.
