(hong jonghyun, 26, cismale, he/him) The war is about to start SEUNG PHILLIP JEONG. We see that you will be fighting for the NEITHER (YET) family as a HUMAN. He reminds me of A PLATINUM ROLEX, BLACK SUITS AND TIES, and LIT FIREPLACES IN THE WINTER. We wish you luck.
Seung, or Phillip, is the son two real estate tycoons. His great grandfather started the company in Korea, though his grandparents immigrated to the United States and brought the company with them.
He grew up in the lap of luxury, though knew from a very young age that he was expected to pick up the family business once he came of age.
No education was too expensive for the young heir, so his family made sure he went schools that were the best of the best.
As a young teen, he had a bit of an inflated ego due to his financial position; this lead to his grades dropping and him getting in trouble in class, which his parents didn’t stand for at all.
He had most of his luxuries taken away from him, and his parents interfered to make sure he was removed from the sports teams he was on.
It took about a year or two, but Phillip learned his lesson for the most part
Fast forward to after he graduated high school: Phillip pretty much started his courses in business as soon as he was able to, just like his parents expected. He doesn’t really enjoy it, but he knows the lifestyle he’s used to will dissolve if he doesn’t keep up the realty business.
He graduated at 22 with his Bachelor’s in Business, and began to seriously start working with his mother and father to gather experience. Though, once he started to chase after his master’s degree, he and his father got into a heated argument about whether or not Phillip could actually run the business.
Determined to prove to his father he could take care of things, Phillip told his father he’d open a branch in a small town out of state. If he couldn’t keep that open there, then there was no way he could keep one open in a large city. After doing some research, he chose Cresthill and promptly moved to the town to begin setting things up.
Early on in Cresthill, he witnessed something more than a little strange and eye opening. He’s been digging into the supernatural ever since, and is desperate to get his hands on as much knowledge as possible.
His dive into the other side of town has caused him to become distracted from actually running the business though, and he’s torn between the two worlds. He knows if he can combine them, he’ll be pretty much unstoppable.
For now, he’s trying to keep his head down and focus on the company, as well as obtaining his realty license. But, he’s very much interested in joining either side of the war. He’s got resources that both families could utilize, but who is gonna offer him what he wants in return?
The Windhams have certainly caught his eye, as well as the effects of Vampirism.
