ABOUT ME: greetings. welcome to my blog. my name is Melvin Sneedly, but there are probably a few here by now, so i'll go by my multiverse title, Secret Keeper, or SK for short. my life is kind of odd (understatement of the century), and i come here to lurk often…be aware I disappear and reappear sporadically, too… while I’m here, i'll set up my tags and such. be aware more tags will possibly be added in the near future. of course as soon as I get home from elitinati I get thrown RIGHT back into my summer job. well, internship, really…i’m not…getting paid. i think I have mentioned this here before?…okay, yes I have, just double checked… there are plenty of menial tasks to do here, and i’m left alone almost all the time. its wonderful.

okay recently things have come up I MUST mention because honestly I’m REALLY excited for once i’m going over to elitinati academy for a precollege program…for TWO WHOLE WEEKS. alone. for two weeks. in a whole different STATE. you can see how this would be exciting for me but also very much not. on one hand, TWO FULL WEEKS ALONE AT ELITINATI ACADEMY, learning my favorite things ever… …but on the other hand…I’m not in Piqua. without me, there’s no…stopping any supervillains from popping up.

update!!! i've made it to elitinati academy. its intimidating but im happy to be with my fellow scientists. i have a roommate (not erica unfortunately) but she is very nice. i am not used to it.

nobody told me how much WALKING i was going to do here. i have to wake up at 6:30 to get ready but i'm NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE DORM until 7:30 for some reason??? then i walk across campus to get to breakfast, which takes ten minutes, then walk BACK across campus to get to my bus stop by 8:15, which ALSO takes ten minutes, so i really only get fifteen minutes to actually EAT. ... TLDR: i haven't had breakfast in the four days i've been here.

breaking news somehow, some way, i have been invited to a party. an ELITINATI party. by OTHER KIDS. im still shocked people know of my existence here. I told myself i was gonna try to be more social, but it…never ended up really happening due to how tight the program leaders made my schedule. but apparently they do. and they’re…interested in me? as like. a person?? i’m nervous to say the least. there are multiple problems with the situation (besides the fact i am not really the most spontaneous and social person to be around) that i have yet to find a solution to. problem 1: i am the youngest person going to be at said party. i’m only ten. everyone else there is going to be…what, 14? 15? i do not know how to talk to teenagers. the only one ive ever talked to was kipper and that was merely on business. problem 2: there will be adult things there. they confided to me (as they don’t know about my snitch reputation back home) that they…’borrowed’ alcohol from the store we went to…and it was a pretty large amount. they did tell me I didn’t have to do anything, though, I’m just concerned about…the idea. it’s breaking a rule, yknow?…i don’t like breaking rules unless it’s absolutely necessary. this rule ISNT ONE OF THOSE SITUATIONS. and problem 3: i do NOT know what to wear to parties. I’ve never been to one, I don’t think anyone at piqua has even THOUGHT of inviting me to a party. I have no experience socializing like that, much less know what to wear or anything. the party is tonight. god please help me not make a fool of myself.

so the party went on...longer than i expected. i wasn't paying much attention to the other people there... well, besides the people who came up to talk to me. the girl who invited me was quite chatty. i was afraid i was blowing her off, but she said it was fine. she was the one who...'borrowed' the adult things from the store i mentioned. despite being a rulebreaker, she was very nice. again, i am not used to it. i got talked to more than i expected, and the party ended...later than i expected. which DID kinda suck because my group for my elitinati community project were already asleep by the time i managed to log onto the projects, and i was left to do all the remaining citations. hence why i answered that ask at like. one in the morning. but. i. uh. i think i had fun. as much fun as i could have had, i mean.

I couldn't tell you, i set alarms and so does my roommate. i am tired, but i am always tired, this subject is nothing new, so lets move along from that... in more interesting, better news, however, i got to go to a genetics lab yesterday. fascinating stuff. i have always been interested in all forms of science, but i tend to focus on the mechanical. genetics...are NOT that, but they have always been a subsection i've been intrigued by. it was intriguing to see the current experiments they were doing over there...apparently, it was a lot of trouble to get us to be allowed inside at all, despite being...you know...part of an ELITINATI PROGRAM. but i had a very enjoyable afternoon over there.

somehow the kids in my class managed to surprise me yet again. not in a good way this time. some...idiot, decided to use their phone to cheat. now we're ALL getting yelled at. i didn't do SHIT, I just sit here tip tap typing ALLLL DAY because I have a powerpoint to do and a blog to run AND a superpowered moron 2 states away to worry over and somehow I STILL have to give my phone in at the beginning of class now because its 'fair' ITS NOT fair. I didn't do SHIT. i use it to text my parents and occasionally check in on piqua (my watch screen's...admittedly very small). i am the LAST person who is going to cheat on...on ANYTHING! PERIOD! punish the one kid! i don't CARE if they feel singled out, i am NOT getting roped into another kid's punishment when i didnt do anything! im sure the rest of the class feels similarly.

oh my god im dead. our presentation is in ONE DAY and my team decided to tell me my slides were COMPLETELY ON THE WRONG THING and was ALSO 'too wordy' RIGHT before our test run. yknow. where we have to present it TO THE CLASS while the teacher tells us what we did wrong IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. NO ONE gave me direction on what to put on my stupid slides, no one TOLD ME i was supposed to put only ONE solution to the problem we're presenting on instead of all three we came up with!!! AND THEY WONT LET ME EDIT IT BEFORE I GO UP THERE. i'm going to have to present my WRONG information on WRONG slides in front of EVERYONE. i'm DOOMED. i'll get confused judging looks, i'll get laughed at, i'll get HUMILIATED. i feel like im gonna vomit. i'm going to be sick. i've done bad presentations before, but this is DIFFERENT. okay, this is my LAST reblog of this post. the twelve days at elitinati are over. like, today was my last day. in regards to my panicking over my test run…i managed to fix it last minute. i was able to scribble down on a notepad what i was meant to say instead of reciting the incorrect stuff on my slides and…it…somehow worked??? i…i actually did it. somehow, using pure adrenaline and a shoddy temporary solution, i FIXED it… …i really COULD do it after all. … …i’m still kind of reeling from it, honestly. but that’s not important anymore, that was yesterday. let’s move on to the present. today was the actual presentation. and my team was FIRST IN LINE. i actually did pretty well the second time around, though i had to look at my notes again due to my part of the project being IMPOSSIBLE to memorize in only a day… I did alright though. not as well as I would with inventions, but I did well enough for my own standards to be satisfied. but now, it’s officially over. i got my elitinati summer program certificate, and i am now on my way back home to piqua.

i skip meals occasionally too, but...thats to make time for research. completely different story. ironically, the walls are anything but 'interesting' here. everything's just...tinted blue. i'm intentionally ignoring the fact you basically confirmed all the walls over there are splattered with blood (because I may need a good long moment to process that) but the one thing i cannot ignore however is the maggots and mold. thats just...just horrendous. over here the worst we have is bug infestations (roaches, wasps, red fire ants, the normal 'bad school' infestations. at least i assume its normal) krupp over here is cheap but at least he has enough standards not to let the school go to shit by his own hands (and the decency to...not kill people)

Soooo considering you have your whole life planned out with your elite school, how do you think you’ll be able to handle the whole Captain thing in the future? You think he’ll still be a problem by then?

...correction. I DID have my whole life planned out. now with...uhm...you know who in the picture, i'm not sure if i'll be able to....compromise my responsibilties for my dream. i want to prove myself. i want to go to that school and beat out everyone else there without breaking a sweat. and I probably COULD. ...i'm just...I don't think... .... ...i don't think it's right. i did this. i can't...just LEAVE him the first chance i get, i don't know why, i just CAN'T! I WANT to ditch this place, I WANT to go to elitinati for REAL, more than ANYTHING in the world... ...but i just...I can't just leave him in the dust! Its annoying and irrational, and no matter how much i dwell on it, I can't figure it out! I just...just can't. breaking news somehow, some way, i have been invited to a party. an ELITINATI party. by OTHER KIDS. im still shocked people know of my existence here. I told myself i was gonna try to be more social, but it…never ended up really happening due to how tight the program leaders made my schedule. but apparently they do. and they’re…interested in me? as like. a person?? i’m nervous to say the least. there are multiple problems with the situation (besides the fact i am not really the most spontaneous and social person to be around) that i have yet to find a solution to. problem 1: i am the youngest person going to be at said party. i’m only ten. everyone else there is going to be…what, 14? 15? i do not know how to talk to teenagers. the only one ive ever talked to was kipper and that was merely on business. problem 2: there will be adult things there. they confided to me (as they don’t know about my snitch reputation back home) that they…’borrowed’ alcohol from the store we went to…and it was a pretty large amount. they did tell me I didn’t have to do anything, though, I’m just concerned about…the idea. it’s breaking a rule, yknow?…i don’t like breaking rules unless it’s absolutely necessary. this rule ISNT ONE OF THOSE SITUATIONS. and problem 3: i do NOT know what to wear to parties. I’ve never been to one, I don’t think anyone at piqua has even THOUGHT of inviting me to a party. I have no experience socializing like that, much less know what to wear or anything. the party is tonight. god please help me not make a fool of myself.

so the party went on...longer than i expected. i wasn't paying much attention to the other people there... well, besides the people who came up to talk to me. the girl who invited me was quite chatty. i was afraid i was blowing her off, but she said it was fine. she was the one who...'borrowed' the adult things from the store i mentioned. despite being a rulebreaker, she was very nice. again, i am not used to it. i got talked to more than i expected, and the party ended...later than i expected. which DID kinda suck because my group for my elitinati community project were already asleep by the time i managed to log onto the projects, and i was left to do all the remaining citations. hence why i answered that ask at like. one in the morning. but. i. uh. i think i had fun. as much fun as i could have had, i mean.

Did it happen by a rejected acid mixture, too or not.. and yea, that's just about what krupp told us when we asked. <even if Omen didn't hear it> uhh no we aren't allowed to leave the facility, we aren't even allowed to leave our rooms in the facility unless he wants to "test something" which usually ends up in screaming pain or straight unconscious from pain and usually its wisp hes doing it to, could be worse I guess.. does krupp know about captain in your world? Like, does he see him, or no..

...ah. freudian slip in my tags. i try to avoid saying his name on here. well, i can PROBABLY tell you...not like you're gonna tell anyone from my world anyways. question one: acid mixture. no. not even close. well, something happened that was kinda similar to that but it just made him irradiated. but it wasnt...acid. lets just say it was miscommunication on my part and an experiment gone wrong. question two: no, he doesn't. not...yet. i dont know if he ever will. either way, the...concept makes me feel mixed emotions and i'd rather not dwell on it. and question three...seeing him? uh... ...only in the news, really.

hurt?...well...no?...yes?...its...complicated, and i'm not going to elaborate on Krupp...that entire thing...still freaks me out... my eyes are in fact intact. well, i still need glasses to see right, but they haven't been...taken, no. and...prof p HAS hurt me, just not in the same fucking insane way he hurt you. instead he...did the no-humor laser thing and...basically tried to take over the world using me as a human battery. also a lot of people seem to be under the assumption that the laser doesn't hurt the power source. erm, it does. like, a lot. i was on the verge of vomiting and passing out when i got out of those restraints. the only reason i didnt was because i had to force myself to help during a...particularly tense part of the fight against him. as for 'wisp' and 'omen'...no. the opposite, actually. they talk your ear off over here.

Uhhh, it still seems like he hurt you really bad even if he didn't take your eyes, and you've seen the outside world? What's it like above the facility?? In that school, krupp has to go to most days. Sorry getting off track- what he's done to you seems worse, like really bad. You had to fight him..? How did you not get punished for it? Oh, and in my world, omen us deaf, pretty sure he got something in his ear ripped out, or something loud??? I can't remember and wisp got his vocal cords taken away while he was awake. Professor isn't merciful when we don't obey him :(
