The David/Michael shippers who hate Star need to get a fucking grip. Even if you’re not a polyamory bish, she’s not in the way of your gay boy ship. In the film and the musical, Michael has amazing chemistry with David, I promise she’s not in the way. I’ve dealt with this nonsense in so many fandoms and it pisses me off every time. Also as a bi/pan/queer whatever, I cannot stand the erasure of female love interests to justify male love interests. You do not need to invalidate one to have the other.
