lost boys 6/9/26 show notes!
boy oh boy this audience! i need every show to have this energy.
ali got a standing ovation before his feet touched the ground in that first scene.
lj and benji also got a lot of applause! i'm so happy because i feel like benji doesn't always get the love he deserves.
sho's standing ovation went on forever and was so well deserved.
"well you just woke up the entire neighborhood"
the tony was on stage 4 times! lucy unpacked it, pierce had it in his concession stand, ben as the vampire rode across stage with it, and of course the final scene in the boys home.
somebody write a fic of the boys killing a previous tony winner and taking it back home as a trophy.
have to have you energy was actually insane. like we should have all stood up and start jumping/dancing.
"need us to walk you home kid" and dwayne flexed his arm at sam to make sure he saw the tattoo.
"aw but we've only just arrived" and marko moved up to put his bike next to david. david and marko have a moment and then david orders him to move back with the other boys.
when david says his line "we'd all be a family" he usually gestures around the room but he kept his eyes on michael and a hand on his chest.
dean's mic wasn't on during his "home sweet home" line.
"don't tell mom!!" i love the way lj says this line because i like that he implies lucy finding out would be the worst thing about this situation lol.
paul and dwayne side hugging before their pinky holding exchange.
maria's war was GORGEOUS. to anyone who has ever said they hated that song or star should be cut or she's not important i say a big fuck you.
benji got such a roar of applause for superpower!! i could've cried! really thought people were gonna stand for him too.
also something happened and they did not lift him (it looked like they tried) so he didn't flip before confronting the vampire. just kinda ran and shoved him lol.
i love when people gasp so loudly when dwayne sneaks into the house.
sam got dwayne good with the galic salt today! also i noticed dwayne goes to the sink and it looks like he's trying to clean his eyes but wouldn't the water only make it worse? lol
paul's "you killed marko" sounded extra sad today :(
look i know he's the bad guy but i would kill to have a full version of the reckoning because paul nolan just sounds sooooo good.
lj opt up during if we make it through the night.
