This image from Renon Porto caught my eye and captured my heart from a mile off.
David McLeod's ColourFlow project is sublime.
This jumper, please.

I dallied with resin this Christmas, so I have extra appreciation for FrozeNature’s totally bubble-free resin jewellery.

They’re better than good.
I recently read The Bees by Laline Paull and it blew my mind.
Then I discovered the USGS Bee Inventory and Monitoring Lab‘s Flickr...
They’re doing research on bees and taking super high resolution photos all the while. Jaw-dropping.
I mean, you all know Shaun Tan already, right? Well recently he's been testing the waters with oil paints. Boy does he have it dialled...
New year's resolution? Blow the dust off thesecretlife. Brace yourselves... P.s. Cristina Pagnoncelli did this awesome lettering. You can find her on Behance.

I suppose you will all want money and true love, among other things. I will tell you how to make money: work very hard. I will tell you how to win love: wear nice clothing and smile all the time. Learn the words to all the latest songs. What other advice can I give you? Eat lots of bran to provide necessary bulk in your diet. The only advice my father ever gave me was this: “Never stick anything in your ear.” The tiniest bones in your body are inside your ears, you know – and your sense of balance, too. If you mess around with your ears, you could not only become deaf, but you could also start falling down all the time. So just leave your ears completely alone. They’re fine, just the way they are. Don’t murder anybody – even though New York State does not use the death penalty. That’s about it.

Chris Morgan's macro photography makes me hella jealous.
P.S. Why aren't I in Costa Rica?
By nature I demand from the arrangements of this world just that permanence which God has expressly refused to give them.
