I apologize for the lack of posting for the last... Almost a week now, ooops. I’ve written a number of conversations, but I’ve just been extremely busy and haven’t had the kind of time I need to actually get them implemented and take screenshots. I’m hoping to start that up again this weekend --- really sorry about the delay!
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Bartre x Raven
So I’m moving these things to every other day, because I just don’t have the desire to wrestle with Tumblr’s sorting every night. It’d drive me spare!
At any rate, this is an A-tweak. Guys get more of these than girls, on the whole, since they have more supports with each other.
The end of the B has been adjusted, and a decent portion of the A has been redone. It’s more of a subtle, slow burn-type thing --- you won’t find any overt romance here, but a pair of people getting to know each other a little better and gaining a mutual respect with room to grow.
Will every character have gay supports?
Not every character — some, after all, are already canonically married (Pent, Louise, Canas, Dorcas, etc). Any character who is not will, though! So the answer is “most of them”.
Even Wallace? :O He’s one of my favs.
As limited as Wallace’s options are, they’re not zero --- so yes, even Wallace!

Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Florina x Priscilla
So this is actually coming a little after midnight for me, but it’s still Sunday somewhere. Like the next time zone over. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it.
As promised yesterday, this is a completely original support.
It was an interesting one to write, and in all honesty I’m not sure that I’m 100% satisfied with it --- and that, in part, is why it’s up as a support of the day. I can use these to gather feedback for revision, after all --- assuming people give critique.
The theme of this support is “moving on” --- acknowledging the past, acknowledging the reasoning for clinging to it, and accepting that the past is the past and the future contains new things, full of potential. Priscilla is a character in a good position to explore the theme, as most of her supports display how tightly she clings to her past.
Enjoy! Or don’t, and critique. Or do, and critique. Anything’s good, really.
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Dart x Geitz
Today we have a bit of a pirate-y A tweak. I’m getting near to the point that I may have to start releasing some of the originals on a more regular basis, especially if I want to be putting up F/F content (which I very, very much do).
Oh well, I tried. Not my fault FE7 has somewhat limited canonical F/F supports! Gives me an excuse to write cute girls being gay, so I can’t complain too much, really. Not that I actually need an excuse.
So yeah, looks like that won’t be a special treat from now on (aside from the way in which is is already a special treat, naturally). Expect it frequently. Like tomorrow.
With any luck it won’t be too much longer before a release, after which I can stop worrying about that. We’ll see how it goes!
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Farina x Serra
Sorry for the lack of supports for the last two days -- I ended up pretty busy and just didn’t have the energy to do all of the screenshotting/wrestling with Tumblr. As an apology, here’s a completely original support!
You know what I’d love to see? Some simple edits of the sprites of FE6 characters who are kids of fe7 chars with the hair of their opposite parent a la Awakening/Fates. Especially if it’s canon-defying gay shit. Like gimme Hector! Roy and Eliwood!Lilina plz, etc… Rebecca!Lugh and Raigh and Nino!Wolt….hell, even Ninian!Roy would prob look pretty snazzy and even if i don’t ship it I’m sure Lyn! and Florina!Lilina would look really nice. I really need to learn how to do basic photoshop color swaps…….
I actually did Lilina and Roy with Eliwood/Hector colors for a hack I did a while back. I wasn’t especially careful with Lilina, so she ended up with red eyes... But rather than fixing it, I left it as-is because I thought she looked cute.
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Dart x Wil
This support is a little different. It’s an A-tweak, though the C and B have each had a single line added -- the difference is that the A’s focus is on an invisible history and the implications therein. I think it suits them, personally.
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Heath x Legault
Here’s another one where I just did some tweaking of the A. I know these may be a little less interesting than completely overhauled or brand new supports, but there are also more of them -- a lot of the original supports are quite enjoyable and do a lot to build characterization. Most of my major effort is being spent on the brand new supports, with some old ones getting larger overhauls if an idea really strikes.
Why am I not restricting myself to posting such larger efforts? Well, a couple of reasons. One is that I know there are fans of some of the couples that are receiving smaller tweaks, and I don’t want them to be left out. Another is that, as I said, such smaller changes are a large part of the hack and I don’t want to give people unrealistic expectations by posting nothing but largely original work. A third is that I’d like to keep some of the brand new stuff under wraps for people to explore post-release, and if I put it all up as supports of the day that wouldn’t be possible!
All of that said, if you see your favorite couple put up as a smaller piece like this, you are more than welcome to submit your own script for consideration. It might just make it in!
Anyway, this is a couple that I like, and whose original supports I found to be both amusing and cute. I tried to be minimally invasive while nudging the door open a little bit further with my tweaks. It really didn’t take much!
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Marcus x Merlinus
I’m not leaving the older characters out, oh no! Who says you need to be young to be a cute couple? Nobody who’s right, that’s who.
Today we have a pair of middle-aged gentlemen bonding over guard duty and baked pudding. As is often the case with supports that I rework more significantly (many existing supports just have tweaks to the A, since I’m not trying to remove characterization here), the C support has some minor tweaks, the B has slightly larger ones (though it remains largely the same), and the A was completely redone.
I think this may be my second-favorite thus far (after the Florina x Ninian support that I posted a few days ago). I hope you enjoy it!
(And for the first time, I had the sense to rename the screenshots such that a string sort will order them correctly. Take that, Tumblr! You may still take forever to load them in, but at least they’re in the right order!)
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Farina x Lyn (UnassumingVenusaur Submission)
Today’s Support of the Day is an entirely new offering written by the wonderful @unassumingvenusaur herself! It’s extremely cute and very Farina.
I’m trying something different with the pictures this time -- instead of a bunch of separate ones, I’ve combined them into a single image for each support to minimize shuffling time. I have no idea how that’ll play with Tumblr’s system, so let’s cross our fingers and hope for the best! Worst comes to worst I’ll just have to redo it the old way.
I’ll shut up now and let the pictures do the talking!

Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Karel x Lucius
Here we have a support where the tweaks have again been focused on the A, as I suspect will frequently be the case with supports that haven’t been written from scratch -- my goal here isn’t to remove characterization from the base game, after all.
The dynamic between these two is fascinating, and my alterations were focused more on extending some of the flavor that seems to have slipped through the cracks after the B into the A.
It’s not radically different, but what is here is something that I like a lot -- and thus it earned a spot as Support of the Day.

Eliwood and Hector are somewhat tricky due to the Epilogue, but I have a few drafts that I think could work out. I’m definitely not ignoring them! They make a cute pair.
Heath and Legault are also going to have their supports adjusted, though whether or not they’ll have a paired ending as well is undecided — the game can only handle a limited number of them, unfortunately.
The end goal is to rework a majority of the supports in the game, and to replace some with different characters for those who wouldn’t have any real options as-is (I’m looking at you, Priscilla). If the characters are same-sex, of similar age, not related, and had a support in the base game, they’ll almost certainly see some changes! New supports will be more up to my discretion, though I will happily welcome requests.
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Florina x Ninian
You might think I’d have had some internal struggle with this one because I’m a diehard Florina/Lyn shipper and have been for going on 14 years now.
You would be wrong. Florina and Ninian are just too cute, and even if they’re not my OTP the thought of them together still gives me warm fuzzies.
This support was almost completely reworked past the C, which has only some small (albeit significant) alterations. The B is almost entirely new, and while the A does draw in a (largely revised) version of the original’s content, it’s reduced in length and made a smaller part of conversation, included in order to set up the ending and because, frankly, it was both interesting and extremely cute.
And yes, to spoil it, these two are one of the couples that get a paired ending. That will not be included here --- I have to keep some mysteries!
Gay FE7 Support of the Day: Nino x Rebecca
Yesterday we had some cute cooking yaoi, so today we have some cute cooking yuri! I didn’t actually touch the C and B supports -- they were already extremely cute, met my criteria for content, and led smoothly into a nice little A.
The A support itself was almost entirely rewritten past the first two or three sentences, reorienting itself around around a re-imagining of the idea already present and taking advantage of the differing nature of Rebecca’s and Nino’s sheltered lives -- Rebecca as the girl from a small, traditional village, Nino as the big-hearted optimist.
The C and B supports have been included despite remaining the same as in the base game for the sake of having the proper leadup all in one place.
