Nel smiled happily “Thank you, where did your niece say it ran off too?” Nel asked him it was nice to find a potential new friend to go off adventuring with Nel was excited as she started thinking about what she did know about imps “They tend to like caves or to hide dark parts of the forests, unless its going to see its master. Imps often serve as spies for creatures with more powerful magic than them.”

Ford tried to recall what Mabel said about the Imp. He then drags his hand across his face out of frustration. ❝She said it ran out the door and into the woods. It’s not very detailed, is it?❞ He laughed, trying to lift his own spirits.

❝Maybe it’s master just really wanted a magazine for…Teenager girls.❞ Ford can’t imagine what kind of magical creature would want THAT. ❝But I suppose we can start looking in the caves.❞

"Its ok there are ways to find an imp." Nel told him as she tried to think "Lets try the closer caves to the area then if we don't find it, worst comes to worse we buy her another magazine." Nel told him shrugging she couldn't factor in all the powerful creatures that the imp may serve. "If it keeps happening I'm sure I can come up with a trap using my fairy houses."

“Imp’s don’t steal unless they’re planning mischief.” Nel told him frowning a little bit she knew from her experience “Let me come with you, I know all about fae and their well “cousins” for lack of a better word” Nel offered him Nel had studied these creatures all her life her daughter and her granddaughter were even named after Shakespeare fairies for goodness sake “If it’s an imp it means trouble, they’re only supposed to be in Germany.”

Ford then thought about it, he didn’t have much experience with Imps. He certainly have seen some before. But he never really had the chance to study them. It was nice that he happened to run into somebody who knows what she’s talking about.

❝I can’t guarantee that it’s an Imp. I am only assuming by the description that my great niece gave me.❞ He informs her.❝But I do appreciate the help. So yes–You may come along.❞

“Oh she plays with me not the other kids,” Nel said chuckling softly “We travel around a lot for my research so Ali doesn’t make a whole lot of friends though she has made some fun pen pals.” Nel explained to him putting the bomb away in her bag again

Ford almost mentioned the fact that he didn’t have any friends as a child–And he still doesn’t have many friends with the exception of his family. But he had a feeling that would make him sound like a loser. He didn’t want to sound like a loser in front of someone whom he just met. ❝I’ve known of some kids who don’t have any friends as a child and they grow up completely normal. I’m sure it’s fine.❞ Yes, Ford. You’re completely normal. ❝Besides, family and pen pals are better than no pals.❞

Gravity Falls is indeed a nice place and is a place that Ford would even settle down for the rest of his life. But it may be intense for those who don’t know about it’s inhabitants. But since Nel and her granddaughter seemed to like weird stuff…Ford didn’t see any problems. ❝Actually, I was searching for a magazine. Wouldn’t you know that a little imp would take it and run? According to my grand niece.❞ Was it an Imp? Ford wasn’t for sure. But the description he was given sounded like one.
