This scene heard that I'm weak for Battle Couples and came after me personally. Because this scene is MORE than a joined attack. Eda once said that bigger spell circles = more magic = more powerful spells, and this scout had a completed circle for a spell almost as big as Willow herself right next to Willow's face. Like seriously, the next shot really shots you how CLOSE the Scout was to Willow before Hunter came in all "BITCH I THINK NOT."

And Willow doesn't so much as bat a goddamn EYE because she trusts Hunter has her back here. Doesn't doubt even for a second that he's gonna take care of that for her so she can focus on the scout she is currently turning into fertilizer.

Also? Hunter? Sweetie? I THINK you broke that scout's spellcasting arm...

When swapped with Luz he immediately first instinct moves to save Willow

When Willow thought Hunter got caught she immediately gave chase, then pulled back last second in her "lost control emotional glowing eyes" state when Kikimora held him up as a shield

Then when everything with Odalia was done she again rushed off to save them and started to panic trying to get the ship to work

This ep was Blight Speedrun divorce, Lumity first kiss, and Huntlow entire slice of bread worth of crumbs huh
