( NANI HIRUNKIT CHANGKHAM, CIS MALE, HE/HIM ) 🐬 ⋆｡˚ what’s the word around ISARA RAKSA in capri these days ? don’t look at me like that,  you know them — they go by ISA,  you know,  the TWENTY - SIX year old COASTAL REGULAR.  you can probably spot them at LIDO BELLANOTTE,  having their FRUTTI DI BOSCO gelato and taking a break from being an INDEPENDENT FASHION DESIGNER, where people describe them as OUTSPOKEN and EMOTIONALLY GUARDED,  but others swear they’re ZESTFUL and WITTY if you catch them at the right moment.  they fit somewhere between SCATTERED PETALS OF BLOSSOM ON THE MARBLE FLOOR, LATE NIGHT DRIVES AROUND THE CITY, CAPTURING QUICK BURSTS OF IDEAS INTO SKETCHES WHEN INSPIRATION HITS, AND THE RADIATING CONFIDENCE WHEN WEARING A HOT EYE-CATCHING FIT,  though most people associate them with THEIR SILLY CATCHPHRASE 'I PUT THE HOT IN PSYCHOTIC'.

₊ ✵ ⁺ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤISARA RESISTS GLANCING AT HIS WATCH FOR THE NTH TIME and tells himself to snap out of it. To stop hoping for something that is likely not happening. It has been nearly thirty minutes past their meeting time and he still hasn't heard from his date. Whatever, he won't let this no-show ruin the rest of his night. The bartender finally sets his strawberry-coconut daiquiri in front of him, along with a small platter of duck confit crostini and mushroom arancini. Turning to the fellow patron next to him, Isara clears his throat before dropping the sudden question, "It's me, isn't it? Looking a little too hot to handle that's why my date chose not to show up tonight. " There is a slight bitterness in his words, masked behind that silly smile on his face.

⋆˚࿔ ୨ º . ° ৎ “ helloooo,  ” her voice shoots from behind the curtains. maybe renting out a tiny kiosk for the solemare festival hadn't been such a bad idea. she had gotten multiple weird requests, sure ( the guy offering fifty bucks to hex his ex had surely been a handful ), but it was entertaining. most of the clients wanted a breakdown of their love lives or, worse, a past life. those were always the gloomiest. for some reason, everyone always thought they were cleopatra in a past life.

“ how can i help ya tonight?  ” nikki appears from behind the velvet curtains, asking mindlessly as she doesn't take note of whoever's in front of her. “ please keep in mind i don't hex anyone and no, your ex is probably not coming back. sheesh.  ”

₊ ✵ ⁺ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤHE’S HAD A COCKTAIL AND A HALF, AND HE IS QUICK to blame the alcohol for bringing him here against his will. Isara settles on the seat with a plop and blanks out when he hears the question. “Uh. . .” Okay, was the Fortune Teller Lady going to yell at him, whack his head with a crystal ball and then kick him out of her booth for wasting her time once she realizes he had arrived here so aimlessly? “I don’t beli– I mean I don’t care for hexes because I’d rather fight head on and I don’t have an ex that I hope to come back. Well, how is the next month looking for me?” Isara wishes he had given more thought into his question but there’s that, his mouth was always ten steps ahead than his brain.

₊ ✵ ⁺ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤHE RAISES A BROW AT HER STATEMENT AND RUBS HIS CHIN, attempting to mask his growing curiosity. “Well, why would someone hate you?” Isara takes a few more sips from his cup before tossing another question at Suvi, “Why do you think your name hasn’t been on lists for years now?”

“ this is getting ridiculous. ” mutters to herself under her breath. she's been watching the sorry sap next to her try to get the bartender's attention for several minutes now to no avail and mi mi could not take it anymore. “ excuse me, ” she says, much louder this time, and the bartender scurries over like he's been caught. good. “ this person wanted the house special — and frankly , they're paying far too much here for you to ignore them for so long. ” she's made her point, but she decides to add to the order for herself. “ and a spicy negroni, please. same tab. ” finder's fee, or something like that.

Right now, fighting for attention in a loud and crowded space is obviously proving to be quite the feat. “I’ll relay your thank you to my sister. Don’t worry, I’ll let her know that I had almost failed the mission until you came to my rescue so thank you too.” Leaning in closer towards the kind stranger, Isara clears his throat in a dramatic manner before playfully inquiring, “Sooo from a scale of one to ten, with ten being ‘absolutely deep shit pathetic’ and one being ‘not at all baby’ — how pathetic was I earlier?”

Ah. . .” There isn’t the slightest bit of malice in his words and from the obvious quirk of his lips. “And you know what they say too, once a party animal, always a party animal.” That was clearly an exaggeration as Isara is far from one. “Hmm. . . Do you think we could stop by somewhere else for a light snack before we head home then?”

What if you’re just too good for us?” There is a hint of amusement in his eyes when he takes another sip of his fruity thirst-quencher. “But knowing how it’ll be, I think your name would magically appear on the list anyway. How could it not, right?”

when you think of isara, you think of — mischief, playfulness, brutal honesty, sarcasm and dry wit. he’s affable and assertive, and he’s very protective over his loved ones. terrible with comfort and advice, he really doesn’t know how to do all that but he can spare a hug and a listening ear! people who meet him for the first time are usually surprised by how soft-spoken he is ( and damn those yearning eyes and sweet smiles ), though his words can cut like a knife. always enjoys banter and can strike up conversations with just about anyone. he’s the guy who will gladly shake his ass in a crowded train if challenged to. he makes a loyal friend and if you’ve made it to his precious circle of people in life, trust that he’ll have your back and would help you bury a body even. being in a new city, isara’s just cruising through and taking his day to day as leisurely as he can. if you’re looking for fun with a sprinkle of chaos, isara’s the guy!
