Story:
Missions: Avery Carrington - Demolition Man
Go meet Avery again in the construction lot. He wants you to take a new office development out with explosives while he's out of town. Sounds like fun.
Get to the TOPFUN van near the building site to be demolished. Get over to the van... it isn't very far. You can run over there if you don't want to jack a car. The next part of the mission calls for you to place bombs on the construction site with a tiny, remote controlled helicopter.
Once you get in the van, the game will instruct you on how to use the RC helicopter. X will make the helicopter rise, and Square will make it descend. R2 will turn it clockwise and L2 counter-clockwise, respectively. L2 + R2 will make the camera face behind the mini-chopper.
You will need to place bombs on four markers inside the building. Use the central staircase to maneuver the helicopter inside to make the drops. The moment you touch a bomb, the timer will start, so get used to controlling the copter before picking up your first explosive. Make sure you don't bang into too many walls, or the copter will explode, and you'll have to try again.
You will have seven minutes to place all the bombs. Follow the purple dots to the building. Fly under the first story (the structure is completely open at its base). Maneuver the RC unit up the stairs, leaving the first marker you see (working from the top down is easiest). The markers will indicate where the targets are. If the triangle is pointing up, the target is above. If they point down, the target is below. If the icon is square, you are on the same level and should look for the marker nearby. There are four floors and four icons-- one per floor. Keep referring back to the map when you get to a new level. One wrong turn can cost you the mission.
The best way to fly the copter is to press forward and alternate between X and Square to keep the chopper hovering at a good height. When you need to turn a corner, use the L2 and R2 buttons.
You will be hassled during this mission by construction workers and cops. You can deal with them by flying the blade of the helicopter into them, or you can just fly higher than they can reach.
When you reach a target, drop the bomb with the Circle button. Then go back and retrieve the next one. This mission will likely take a couple of tries... you have to move pretty fast to complete it, and the controls can be tough to manage at first. When all four bombs are planted, the building will explode and you'll score $1000. Now is a good time to return to your lair and save. Besides, that's all the missions Carrington has for you now.
