i  don’t  want  to  abandon  my  girls .  tumblr  just  isn’t  a  priority  anymore .  life  offline  has  been  really  good  and  i’ve  just  really  been  enjoying  things .

i  think  it’s  safe  to  say  that  i’m  hiatused  until  after  the  holidays .  there’s  just  too  much  going  on  for  me  to  have  time  to  juggle  tumblr  on  top  of  it .

i’ll  be  checking  in  off  and  on  and  will  be  back  in  full  after  the  holidays <3

i  only  have  a  couple  of  hours  of  work  today  and  then  i’ll  be  disconnecting  until  after thanksgiving  dinner .  i  have  to  charge  my  social  battery  to  deal  with  family  even  if  it’s  the  good  side  of  my  family .  there’s  just  a  LOT  of  people  and  i  need  to  be  ready  for  that .

from  now  until  the  end  of  the  year ,  things  are  gonna  be  a  little  crazy .  i’m  30  years  old  and  still  have  contact  with  both  of  my  parents .  i  have  to  make  time  for  my  dad  and  his  family  as  well  as  my  mom  and  her  family .  i  handle  a  bit  of  the  christmas  cooking  because  my  mom  is  disabled  and  my  grandpa  is  in  his  80′s .

i  handle  the  christmas  wrapping  for  my  boyfriend  and  i ,  for  my  grandpa ,  and  for  my  step-dad .  sometimes  my  mom’s .  i’ll  be  handling  the  last  of  our  christmas  shopping  over  the  course  of  the  month .

december  1st ,  i  have  a  new  client  starting  and  they’re  a  big  deal .  so  i  have  to  adjust  to  working  with  them  which  is  going  to  take  a  lot  of  attention .

and  while  all  of  this  is  going  on ,  i  have  to  keep  up  with  my  classwork  and  do  some  work  on  my  honor’s  society  stuff .

to  top  it  off …  my  hand  issue  has  come  back .  which  means  i  might  have  to  get  surgery  over  the  holidays .  if  that  happens ,  i  don’t  know  what  that’s  going  to  mean  for  activity .  the  surgery  involves  them  going  in  to  release  tension  in  a  muscle  in  my  dominant hand .  right  now ?  it  hurts .  some  days  are  better  than  others  but  meds  aren’t  doing  much .

when  it  comes  to  socializing ,  i’m  only  able  to  really  keep  up  with  my  closest  friends .  and  even  then ?  @footagecaught  and  @liftedrelics  are  hearing  from  me  sporadically .

i  know  i  don’t  owe  anyone  an  explanation .  but  i  feel  bad  being  so  silent .  i  have  no  plans  on  leaving  even  if  it  seems  like  i’m  absent .  this  time  of  year  is  just  usually  nutty  for  me …  and  it’s  nuttier  than  usual  this  year .

i’m  so  sorry  for  the  disappearing  act .

i  picked  up  a  couple  of  new  clients  at  work  AND  i’m  prepping  for  the  holidays  around  the  corner .  i  didn’t  realize  how  tight  timing  on  life  was  at  the  moment .

i’m  planning  on  being  around  this  week .  i  really  need  to  suck  it  up  and  run  most  of  my  stuff  on  a  queue  so  that’s  gonna  be  a  goal <3
