Riding on the City 17 train

The last few years had been rough,

Ups and downs,

Stumbles and falls,

But through it all dad stayed strong,

He fought as hard as he could,

Until his body made the decision for him,

To finally rest,

He was excited to meet my wife,

And he wanted so bad to meet his grandchild,

And he will,

In the next life,

But it was his time,

I won't fault him for that,

He wanted to come home,

To see Mom and the dog,

To sleep peacefully in his own bed,

And he got his wish,

He went on his own terms,

And while I wish we'd had more time,

God gave us years more than we'd thought,

And now he's at rest,

No more hurt,

No more pain,

And we'll meet again,

Beyond the horizon,

I love you dad.

The evil bastard drove around assaulting patrons with an improvised hotdog cannon

They finally scored, only took seven innings

It was a done deal, so we bounced at the top of the 8th. I got a ball cap icecream and we're leaving this hellish city. Also look at this tornado ass cloud.

I think dog ticks should have to be the size of a small dog, because while that would be absolutely horrifying, they wouldn't be able to sneak into my socks or pant legs, they'd be super easy to avoid. Also I could shoot them in the head with a gun.
