seteth may have muscles but he’s not too buff? he has a small frame but he has muscle. 

he’s 100% the one who makes people wear sunscreen and brings so many (healthy) snacks. he doesn’t actually swim unless someone throws him in or flayn convinces him to get in

While this is mostly confirmed in canon, I will go along with the interpretation that there’s a strict correlation between humanity and the ability to change willingly into dragon form when it comes to the 3h verse.

Some of Seteth’s draconic traits will be listed below.

When it comes to canon, there’s a lot of things confirmed so far. His ears are definitely odd, which is why he keeps them under his hair whenever possible. If questioned, he’ll deflect the question as much as he can, and will dot he same if inquired again. There’s also the eternal youth/never aging. Seteth is especially guilty of this, as there’s little to no difference in his human appearance despite the passage of time.

He also has good stamina, and is in very good shape for his age --- his reflexes are definitely sharp and he’s abnormally flexible for how old he claims to be.

If he were to channel his draconic blood, he would slowly start to be able to shift into a humanoid draconic form and be able to shift back into fully human. It would give him a edge in battle (tougher skin, much stronger attacks) but also fully give out his identity. If he were to train it enough, he would eventually grow draconic wings and a tail --- traits he had back when he was a dragon.

He would remain human with draconic traits.

While if he lost his humanity, he would shift instantly into a dragon. He can be turned back into a human, but he would be a humanoid dragon at most. I will develop that in the future, but for now I’ll stick to this.

YES...... he shares the ones that show the softer side of romance, or he tries to portray it in healthy ways, although post-time skip he does start to show her books that deal with the sadder sides of love, not fully, but he starts to budge on what books he does give her.
