There are three universes in Switched at Birth, the main one (where Bay and Daphne were switched as babies and met at 16), The AU introduced in Daphne’s dream in “Paradise Lost”, where the two were never switched at all, and the AU introduced in “Ecce Mono” where the two are switched but it is discovered when they are babies, and they grow up together. And in all three universes, Bay and Emmett meet and end up together. Because no matter how the dice were rolled, they were simply meant to be.
