Day 6 of 30 with Ana: Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way? I’m in between, some weeks I’ll be healthy watching what I eat and exercising but other weeks I will fast for days at a time and then binge and do it all over again. Day 5 of 30 with Ana: Do you binge? if yes, why do you think you do it? I binge a lot, I do it when I get in a depressive state. Day 3 of 30 with Ana: When did you first start losing weight? I first started losing weight around this time last year but ended up in a massive binge which led to be putting all that weight plus more back on so I’ve had to restart that process now. (Not my photo: credit goes to owners)
