Unfortunately I ran out of time so some details aren't the best BUT enjoy some rare pixel art from me anyways - the original illustration was made by Kyoko Koizumi, from the Unseen Forces set.

Once I saw Midori Harada's illustration from the Platinum set I was instantly charmed and knew I wanted to my take on this incredible scene of what I assume is Olivine City. My entry for the second round of the Pokedex collab by @poketcg-art!

Pupitar is one of my all-time favourite pokemon so I had to grab him. Idk what compelled me but I decided to use my (little) sewing knowledge and do it with craft felt. I did not realise that I had no white sheets left and so had to use minky which sheds A LOT so I'll take that L I suppose.

Original card is HGSS Unleashed by Sumiyoshi Kizuki. I love cards that tell a story and I love the accompanying Larvitar that goes with this one, and it's fun seeing him bust outta there.

Also please appreciate the fact that I did hand-embroider all of this 😂 (except the parts i just glued on shhh)

Mega Tyranitar for @poketcg-art 's collaborative card art redraw event!

When I checked the spreadsheet, this was one of the few options left, and once I saw that all previous M-Tyranitar cards, all two of them, were objectively ugly, I was so excited to add a lil mustard to this cannon ball pitch.

Overall design takes the old splash text and adds the modern two-tone border flares. Other adjustments or differences in the formatting are pure fun on my part.

The card text does credit 5ban Graphics, but I've included the original card below for comparison.

This bad boy comes from the XY era, obviously, and the set Ancient Origins. and if you find its entry on pkmnccards.com you'll see users in the comments complaining about its powerscaling and its appearance lol.

Reblogs in a chain now get their own notes

The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve. 

Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.

If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.

Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.

This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!
