Washington Post is paywalling the article but it looks like Taylor Farms — a consumer bagged salad brand that also supplies produce to grocers and fast food chains like Taco Bell, Walmart, McDonald's, Chipotle, Burger King, KFC, and Meijer —may be at least one of the sources of the current cyclosporiasis outbreak.

Taylor makes bagged greens, salad kits, chopped salads, the works. Keep avoiding supermarket greens, but keep an especially close eye out for this brand/supplier. The above list of grocers and fast food chains is NOT exhaustive, so please continue getting lettuce and other raw produce taken off your burgers, sandwiches, etc.

What helped me write trauma better is remembering that the nervous system learns predictions. If danger used to come after quiet, calm can feel threatening. If kindness used to come with a price, kindness can feel suspicious. So healing is not just “they know they’re safe now.” Healing is the slow, annoying, deeply unfair process of teaching the body that the old prediction is not always the present truth.

7. what's your favourite way to travel? Is there a mode of travel you haven't done that you want to experience?

Ummm I enjoy train quite a lot, tho theres always the potential of scary/annoying other passengers and having to be alert of ur route and train times and switches and stuff which is often stressful. Idk how many methods of travel there are that I haven't tried cause ive done car, coach, train, plane, ferry, cruise ship etc. I guess a longhaul train trip could be fun! I've seen ones that have a little bed and a carriage with a glass ceiling where you can just look at the scenery and read a book. I'd quite like to do that.

9. favorite time of day and why?

Evening :3 I like sunsets and it's nice when the noise of the day fades out a bit and everything calms down. I think a reason i like summer is evening gets really stretched out and you can really enjoy it.

13. what's something you learned recently?

I'm really bad at origami. (tried to make little hearts and stars and failed badly)

stand up for yourself, bitch.

idk! I feel like I also want people to know the deep core of me, then when someone actually asks im like actually.... Im not a person and I refuse to be percieved in any way shape or form 🥰 idk, I like being asked stuff about my work i.e my fics and art rather than Myself
