Hej Friends... Here is the Promised Newsletter, Waited Until the International Yoga day was over (Juni 21) and All of you gearing up for the Midsummer Vacation. Its an long email with few videos, so if you do not have time, you can read it later, when you are bit relaxed.
So far we completed 3 sessions, and we will be doing a few more. and I am quiet amazed the level of commitment and the compassion you are delivering towards the yoga course. If I write the summary of the 3 sessions, I will do like this.

Sugar is Toxic. Is so toxic that It gets into our blood streams and eventually turns in to an addiction, a desire that makes us to eat more sugar and destroy the order and sequence in our body. When we get rid of sugar (Cola, Cakes, Honey anything that gives a sweet taste).

Start Fasting or Skipping One of the Meals - Why Say that ? Fasting Boosts brain power. It makes the brain to be sharp, be specific, be ready, be alerted. It isn’t that it’s the healthiest eating pattern, now that’s my opinion but I think there is a lot of evidence to support that. There are a lot of pressures to have that eating pattern, there’s a lot of money involved. The food industry — are they going to make money from skipping breakfast like I did today? No, they’re going to lose money. If people fast, the food industry loses money.
What about the pharmaceutical industries? What if people do some intermittent fasting, exercise periodically and are very healthy, is the pharmaceutical industry going to make any money on healthy people? - Mark Mattson
Why Big Pharma companies don't want to tell you that ? Obviously you will not buy any medicines from them anymore, If you are staying healthy.
Why Try Low Carb ? Most of the Yoga diets I see Is low carb. Its either single meal or two meal eating. So When I try to match the ancient Yoga diet to today's diet, the LCHF diet is exactly matching with that. I tried it with few students and received amazing results. Tips: Alcohol makes you take a U-Turn in weight loss and health. 10 days of loosing weight will be gone, if you keep consuming alcohol. So this midsummer, try Ginger beers, Non alcholic beers, may be a glass of wine. Please stay determined.

Hope everyone Enjoyed Course Number 9, Which I often call "Relax Course" in the End of the Seasons.
Sanju as Usual started with Sun Salutation and I clearly notice that everyone delivering the best at the course. No hick-ups and all I see Is strong people who have good yoga knowledge.
I even said Laura should become a Trainer right ?.
Sanju also Introduced some Ashtanga Poses, and I brought few relaxing tools that you could try out. I also Introduced a different relaxing move (Thai Yoga move) and I hope everyone happy about that too.
This Weekend We have the Final Class in this Session, also Its Valborgsmässoafton ! (

Just completed composing the News Letter and Trying to Complete the NewsLetter 8 Very Quickly. I am also Planning to Send a Mail about the Course you can subscribe in order to continue the Classes we are doing.
As Usual we started with Sun Salutation and Completed Until Horse Pose. On Course No 8 (Last Week), I Introduced Adho Mukha Mandukasana (The Downward Facing Frog Pose) and Mandukasana (The Frog Pose), and We combined Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog Pose) and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward Facing Dog Pose) and Practiced the Modified Version of It. (Physiotherapist around the Globe using the Same).
We did gave you a little bit of Finger Massage with Other Yoga Massages and Everyone seems to be greatly liked It.
We discussed about diseases of Modern Humans.
The Sufferings and diseases of modern humans, in my opinion, caused by greedy multination, and a unbalanced lifestyle and other multiple epidemics of the modern world. Obviously there is no escape, but Its possible to tweak the lifestyle and find ways to come out of it with the help of collective knowledge like Yoga, Balanced Food / Nutritions and a Happy Mindset.
I am sure Our yoga course will throw some light on this, I am happy about it.
and For Easter, Its good to have the Vacation. We will meet on 23 (Sunday), April.

Here you can find the pending Newsletter of Course 7. We Started Course 7 with Sun Salutation (If I remember correctly) and carried on with completing It with some feet asana's.
At this point many of you are very comfortable with most of the poses, and doing really good. I am very happy about that.
We Did Kurmasana, The Tortoise Pose and Mālāsana (Garland Pose), Which was nicely done by all of you.

About the Food / Nutritions / Yogic Food Style:
Sugar is very Toxic to our Body, We never been eating these many Candies and Cakes and Chocolates just before 100 years. So Its back and white, avoid as much as possible.
I have given a glimpse of - what food to eat and what food to avoid. Todays world - We have the need of producing large volumes of food and send it to distance places (Bacon Produced in Denmark need to go to US, Baked Beans from North America need to come to Sweden). So The Food Products are Heavily Processed and these chemicals used for food processing is always an "Extremal elements" for our body even though regulatory approves it. What is the Solution for it ? In this case What Bacon to Eat ? Eat Unprocessed Bacon.
Think about Refined Oil. Our Human Body do not know how to process the Hydrogenated Cooking Oils. (In order to Increase the heat sustainability, one hydrogen atom is inserted into every atom of the refined oil, thats the "Hydrogenation Process"
Hydrogenation, complete or partial, is a chemical process in which hydrogen is added to liquid oils to turn them into a solid form. Partially hydrogenated fat molecules have trans fats, and they may be the worst type of fat you can consume
In this case what kind of Oils to Use in Cooking ? Use Olive Oil, Coconut Oil or Butter (Which contains Medium Chain Triglycerides - Which is well known by our body).
My Suggestions :
Avoid Sugar in All Forms (as much as you could).Avoid Processed Food as much as you could.Go Organic in Everything Possible.Eat Good Red Meat (Pork, Beef), Fish (Chicken is heavily Mass Produced and Its a Lean meat, Not a good Meat).Drink Probiotic Cultured Bacteria Drinks like KEFIR (Available in HemKop, ICA)Use Low GI Vegetables (Avoid High GI Index Vegetables, which contains too much Sugar. Its good to write to all of you once again. Hope you all Enjoyed the Course No 6, Themed with Turmeric and Introducing Salabhasana (Locust Pose) and Chaduranga Dhandansana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose). As Usual we started with Little Introduction and Sun Salutation. I am happy that everyone get a hold about the Sun Salutations, and all of you doing very good. As I wrote in the previous newsletters (that we do not propose the Idea of Guru), I also do not propose that we should not affiliate yoga with any religion like Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism. Yoga was practiced by all the wise men and women in the past, thats why I call yoga as a "Collective knowledge", that Improved by Intelligent, wise humans, delivered to humanity as a means of sharing happiness. Thats why we should call our course as "Happiness Yoga". Do discuss with us if you have any specific pain or need in the Yoga classes. Email Us or Speak to Us. In Course 5, We followed the Regular Sequence, Sun Salutation A, Sun Salutation B, Garudasana, Virkasana. I Introduced Dhanurasana (The Bow Pose) and Its really good that everyone managed to do that so well. I could not Introduce Chaturanga Dhandasana (The Four - Limbed - Staff Pose) as I planned, But for Sure we are going to do that at Session 6.
Food:
I spoke about the Benefits of Garlic. Garlic Seriously did wonders to some of the people I had advised. I had seen that In my Own eyes from 1 medical report to the next medical report (in 48 days - Consuming 20 Grams of Garlic 3 Days a Week), the Inflammation markers (HsCRP) reduced greatly. I am not a Medical Practitioner (Doctor), but Garlic is Just a Food. The Problem is we do not know how to consume It. Once we cook it, all the benefits of Garlic is gone. thats why I asked you to cut it in to small pieces, leave it for 5 minutes, to the allicin (Chemical component) to come out due to Oxidisation Process and Swallow it like Tablets.
