hi everyone~ i’m really sorry i’ve been absent these last days, i’ve had some family problems and have been unable to come online. i’m currently not at home and on mobile, so i can’t reply to paras but i’ll try and reply to some messages. i’m not going back home until wednesday, so i won’t fully come back (i.a. do paras) until then. i’m really, really sorry to everyone i was plotting with for leaving you hanging, i promise i’ll try to get back on track soon. and for those i was plotting with for the event, i’m sorry i missed it, but we can still plot outside of the event?

tl;dr i’ve had family problems that have kept me away for a bit and won’t be fully coming back until wednesday (just replying to messages) really sorry to everyone~~~~

Yerim looked out of the window longingly, the bright sunny day encouraging her to go outside instead of staying in her dorm and revising as she had been doing. She had one of her final exams in a few days, and she had been studying for quite some time now. She glanced one more time out of the window and down at her notes and, with a confident nod, she stood up from the desk, deciding to follow her instincts and go out today. She looked at the little shelf she had in her room with her things: most of it were cd's and dvd's, but there was a small section of it that was dedicated to her third passion, only after music and movies: photography.

Ever since Yerim had been handed a camera at the young age of five, she had fallen in love with photography. Her father had been an amateur photographer when he was young and so he had encouraged her daughter to follow her love for the art and, somehow, continue his 'legacy'. Yerim had obediently done it, becoming a fairly good photographer, even though it was something purely amateur and that she only did for fun. Nevertheless, she spent a great part of her earnings in photography and had amassed a quite big amount of cameras over the years: from her father's old Polaroid 636 Close-up and Leica M6 to her most recents Canon EOS 7D or her red Nikon D3100, passing through a lot of unique, collector-like cameras she had managed to find during her trips. She doubted for a few minutes about which camera to take for her outing and finally decided on her beloved red Nikon, one of her favourites and probably the one she used most. Hanging it around her neck, Yerim picked her keys and phone and left the room, a soft, excited smile on her face.

Once outside the building, she started walking around campus, not quite sure what to photograph today. She took a few photos of the campus, trying to capture the pre-summer break atmosphere and the excitement that bubbled in the air, mingled with the nervousness for the upcoming exams. She was near one of the arts buildings when she saw a girl she knew. Well, she didn't exactly know her, they had never talked, but Yerim knew she lived in her same floor, just a few rooms away from her own. She had seen her around campus several times, and she hated to admit it but she had been kind of obsessed with her lately –as creepy and embarrassing as that sounded. It wasn't that she liked her or anything, but the girl just had an aura to herself that Yerim loved to try and capture in her photographs. Her latest badges of photographs included her in many cases, most of them photos of the girl in the halls and shared areas of Nakseon Hall. Today was her day to capture the girl in a different space and, without a moment of hesitation, Yerim slowly approached the girl, making her best not to be seen. She raised her camera up to her face and started taking some photos, hoping the sound of the shutter wasn't too loud and didn't give her away.
