Eventually I couldn’t resist and redrew the scene leading up to this, again testing my inking technique and shading choices in order to approach the Theon comic with a clear intention. I took the MOST STUPID selfies to figure out the pose of Brienne scrubbing Jaime’s face, which in my case was a semi deflated gym ball (probably an accurate metaphor for Jaime in this scene tho)

Cleos the Pug perennially third wheels Jaime’s dates with Brienne, Brienne saves Cleos from getting run over, or Jaime meets Brienne at one of Cleos’ vet appointments (Brienne can be Cleos’ vet, a owner waiting for an appointment, or just someone walking along the street)?
