You guys bear with me.
I’m really trying to get into shape. I’m posting and sharing for accountability. Maybe I’ll share some progress pics at some point. I just don’t want to do like I have been over the past year. I will get a good start, then things come up and I go a week without working out. So yeah. Bear with me. I’m a work in progress.
Change
I realize nobody is going to stop and actually read this, but 2 years ago I reached my highest weight (187lbs) and I knew I needed to change so I did. With proper exercise I lost 30lbs! I was addicted to exercising. I loved myself. But something happened, I guess I got comfortable and put on 15lbs. Then I got on birth control and gained the other 20. I didn't want to go back to school because I was ashamed of how I looked. How big I've gotten. I wanted to hide. I felt as though I had NO motivation to start working out again and I accepted the fact that I would be on the heavier side forever. But today, a switch went off. I refuse to let myself sink. I have a job and I go to school so it's hard to make time but damnit I will start making time. I will wake up earlier and workout then so I cannot make any excuses. It's time to get back into shape. I'm going to start off with baby steps. 10mins of cardio a day and slowly work my way up. I CAN DO THIS. I BELIEVE IN MYSELF. 😉💙💪
