โ โ โ โ โ โ โ โ ๐ youโre trying to feel your dr with your cr senses
โ a lengthy shifting guide
why is it so hard to shift from your cr to your dr but not so much vice versa? youโve spent the first large chunk of your life believing this reality to be the full extent and foundation of existence. even if you now logically understand this not to be the case, the years spent curating and deepening a mental, emotional, and physical anchor to this reality has warped your perception of reality and instilled in to you the subconscious idea that your cr is the default. and in treating it as the default, the end all be all, and in compromising with it, you reinforce the idea that you are attached or stuck hereโthat it is even a place to get stuck in in the first place. not only do you trap yourself in this reality and grant it power over you that it does not actually have, you start viewing your cr as the โstarting pointโ too, and shifting as some form of transportation from point A to point B. accompanying this belief is an imagined distance created between your current reality and desired reality. you mightโve already recognised this in yourself; the feeling that your dr is somehow faraway, a place that needs to be travelled to.
itโs important to make and internalise the distinction between a shift in realities as an act of metaphysical travel, and a shift in realities as a shift in focus. imo the former is a much better descriptor for what shifting actually is in essence. i will go into more depth later, but a byproduct of being raised the way you were, growing up knowing nothing but your cr and rooting & centring yourself wholly (confined) within it, is the over identification you end up developing with your cr self. you are not living reality, you are watching it. but after years of the constant unbroken immersion, the two become almost impossible to distinguish. you define yourself by and take on as if they were your own the thoughts and identity and feelings of the โvesselโ you are observing, and let them dictate how you experience reality. the lines begin to blur between you; your cr self, and you; your awareness/the observer.
feel your hand. donโt touch it, but notice itโs weight and temperature, or the air around it. now feel the feeler. can you feel yourself? or your body, maybe? now go a step further and feel the one feeling. you probably arenโt fully able to, but this is the observer. โthe observerโ, or the state of being after breaking the immersion, is you in your natural or purest state. it has also been described as pure awareness, the void state, ego death, sakshi, the self, anatta, and interpreted in different ways across a multitude of different religions and branches of spirituality & philosophy, all used as a means to an end for different things. fyiโiโm not saying you have to completely forsake your cr identity or start ignoring/dismissing your senses or thoughts to shift, just understand that those things donโt define you or your reality. the means to the end here is just getting a point across and hopefully helping improve with the approach you take to shifting. all of this to say, youโre not travelling from point A to point B. point A and B are not places you can (technically) even travel to or exist in, because youโre just watching/observing/being aware of. shifting is not the transportation of a self from one location to another. shifting is simply changing what is focused on/experienced; from one stream of experience to another. a shift in focus.
to summarise, you as in your ego, the you in this cr as you know it, your body, your brain, your thoughts, your identity, donโt actually go or shift anywhere. you, your awareness, in favour of perceiving you, your cr self, the one sat at your computer or phone or whatever reading this right now, starts perceiving a different you/ego/selfโone that could have the exact same personality, memories, and thoughts, just in another realty, or one that is a different person entirely. there is only a change or โshiftโ for the observer, not the cr self or ego. so stop trying to feel your dr with your cr senses. youโre not going to. youโre so immersed in your cr and cr self that you automatically rely on this realityโs bodiesโ senses to gauge your success when you try to shift, waiting for your cr self to get a cue that itโs never going to get. the surroundings your cr self feels arenโt going to go anywhere. nor are your senses going to shut off. your cr body will continue to receive sensory information, because thatโs what bodies do. so donโt lie there expecting your bedsheets to disappear or magically warp into your dr surroundings or something and feel like youโve failed when they donโt. shifting is not about somehow willing your surroundings to change or lying in your room forcefully convincing yourself that your senses are feeling something else, itโs about acknowledging whatโs beyond those senses. feeling and connecting to what your dr self feels.
if you can still feel your cr, itโs not you feeling it, itโs your cr self. and you are not your cr self.
you can apply this to your thoughts too. your thoughts are no less your cr selfโs than your senses are. if you start getting doubts mid attempt or canโt let go of the thought or feeling that youโre not in your dr, remind yourself that you are not your feelings or thoughts or doubts. you are simply observing them. of course your cr self will think that theyโre still in their cr, they are. just ignore them and shift your attention elsewhere. your focus and awareness are what dictate what you experience, if you relinquish your focus from your cr and direct it to your dr instead, thatโs where youโll โbeโ.
obviously thereโs no one set way to shift, so if you want you can stop reading here and apply this information to your shifting journey in whatever way suits you. if youโre interested in my method though, hereโs the compilation of all this info into practical steps you can actually take to shift.
get comfortable somewhere you wonโt be disturbed. close your eyes and focus on what you can see. the light behind your eyelids, shapes, colours, whatever. but instead of automatically interpreting these sensations as belonging to your cr, allow them to become sensory input from your dr. light? thatโs coming from the lamp by the xyz in your dr bedroom. or maybe your in a field if thatโs a fitting setting for your dr, and itโs the sun shining down on you. shapes? thatโs because youโve been lying down with your eyes closed for a while now, youโre tired after your classes or job or whatever you do in your dr. even if itโs nothing at all, let it be your drs nothing. just feel it. do this for about a minute.
then move onto your body. whether itโs sinking, lightness, tingling, focus on it. and do the exact same as you did for the previous step, interpret it as input coming from your dr. donโt worry if you can still feel your body lying in your bed, because your surroundings arenโt going to changeโat least not physically. again, those sensations belong to your cr self, and they donโt prevent awareness from directing itself elsewhere. the goal here is to shift your focus away from them and onto something else, so hyperfocusing on your cr and worrying about your surroundings is counterintuitive. just gently guide your attention back to your dr, really try feel your dr surroundings and what your dr body is currently feeling. if you canโt fully avert your focus away from your cr, thatโs fine, at the very least just try receive/tap into the input coming from your dr alongside your cr.
finally focus on what you can hear. if youโve already managed to make a connection with your dr through your sight and physical senses just build up on what youโve already got. feel grass tickling your skin? deepen the connection there by focusing on the sound now too, the wind blowing through it. see light behind your eyes? focus on the hum of the lights.
repeat these exercises over and over, deepening the connection with each cycle. if you donโt manage to get anything the first cycle just keep going until you do. it might take some practice. like i mentioned before, after spending so much time here and being in constant attunement with your cr self, the sense that your cr is the default starts to take root and it can be difficult to shake the feeling that youโre just indefinitely โhereโ. itโs normal for it to take some time to learn how to question this feeling and push past it. since you've never (technically?) been aware of anything outside of this reality, learning how to do so can be a bit like learning how to use a muscle you've never used before.
this method operates on the idea that reality is something that is tuned into through focus & narrowed awareness and not something metaphysically travelled across, so for the most success with it, iโd recommend starting to make a conscious effort to see your dr less like a place and more like a wavelength or channel, a perspective already existing beyond your current focus. shifting to your dr then becomes an effort to notice and receive input from this channel/wavelength, input that already exists out there and that simply needs to be acknowledged. youโre just picking up on whatโs already there, feeling something that a version of you already feels.
persist in the belief that reality is observed and flexible. youโre not "stuck" anywhere unless you believe you are.
Shifting motivates me regardless that I haven't shifted yet
I have been a part of the shifting community for about 5 years now, and no I haven't successfully shifted YET, but I've learned to make peace with it and it's probably the best thing I have ever done for myself and my shifting journey. I remember back when I found out about shifting through tiktok I still didn't really know what it was (because there was such a lack of information online about it or even misinformation) I genuinely didn't know what it was, how it happens or why it happens, I just learnt that I have to lay in a starfish position, count to 100 and expect it to happen (I mean it can depending on the person lol) but I feel as once I learned about shifting I became so eager to successfully shift and dive into my "dream" reality that it quicky turned into a chore and it would demotivate me from my current reality so much so I'd felt as if nothing here mattered, that all I had to do was shift and it quickly became a cycle that led me to depression, because in my head I used shifting as an escape thinking that it was a magical thing that would remove my problems. Then I took a year long break from it, and during that break I focused a lot on myself and my life, I felt so much better and I started seeing everything from a more positive perspective. And one day i randomly decided to get back to shifting, but this time I wanted to learn about it rather than so achieve it. I did a lot of research through the internet (avoiding social media platforms) and I learned that it's a totally different thing than what I thought it was back then. I learned that the universe is bigger than the human brain can precept, so big it holds unlimited other universes in which a version of me takes part, and in order to become that version of myself I can shift my awareness to whichever reality I chose, because we as humans aren't limited to just our bodies, neither are we limited to just one reality, because a core concept of the human nature is our minds, not our brain, our mind. Our minds are way more powerful than we think, but we don't realize that because our whole lives we have been pressured to believe that only physical matter is real and anything beyond it is impossible or fake. But when you tune those beliefs out and start searching for that beyond you realize your not as small as you that you were. That's what happened to me when i started learning about shifting for the second time. The fact that I am a limitless being and that i am not my body but in fact i am my soul. The fact that I am not limited to only this reality, and there being unlimited versions of me where I get to choose which one I can wake up as whenever I want. Just the thought of these facts motivates me and makes me happy, let alone a successful shift. I don't have to do it in order to believe it and to love it. And I know that I am going to successfully shift, but regardless of that just the concept of it makes me feel more free, and motivates me not only to shift but also to learn about it and to remind myself that I am unlimited.
I keep seeing these videos on tiktok making fun of their past selves for doing the "the 2020 shifting trend" and the people in the comments eating it up saying that it was fake (or that they faked it) then proceed to call it lucid dreaming. Let alone that they also BASH shifters in the comments that say that its real and that it's a real practice. Like why is everything a trend to people, you're telling me that you are calling a REAL religious and spiritual practice that people have been doing for thousands of years a "trend that was fake", you're just admitting that you're narrow minded and that you're disrespectful to others beliefs while also tearing down shifters just because you yourself haven't successfully shifted. And if you are a shifter who gets demotivated by these videos and comments please remember that we are limitless beings and that we shift every second of our lives and remember that shifting found you for a reason.

Hello darlingss. ๐ฝ๐๐ป The reason that im preparing this post is cause again, im getting so many of the same questions. I apologize that i cant answer every one of them. But to sum up, i think these terms like manifesting, 3d/ 4d, affirming, and expectations stuff got super confusing for espically beginners or like i said in my other post, for less experienced people. These are my thoughts and views, ur not obligated to agree or take them as ''absolute truth''. im just trying to make things clear. anyways let me explaine.
The raw truth is that the moment you say "i am shifting to my DR now," or ''i have xyz/ i am xyz'', it actually DOES happen immediately, but it happens in your consciousness (the 4D), not the physical world (aka the 3D). Conscioussness is fluid, instant, and limitless. The moment u declare an affirmation, you instantly select that reality in the quantum realm. It is real right then!!! However, the 3d physical world is dense. It is literally made of slower vibrating, condensed matter. For a physical shift to manifest, that instant "blueprint" you created in ur conscioussness has to harden into fact. It takes a moment for the heavy density of the 3d to catch up to the lightning speed of your mind.
alright alright, i know, you might want to think like ''theres no 3d, the moment i say i have (something physcial) it happens instantly!!!!'' yeah you HAVE TO persist, but dont be fooled by the physical world's density. Dont get discouraged. Cause of course, 3d DOES exist. Not that its an obstacle. but its a fact that physical world exist.
When you say "i am shifting now!!!!!" what is the core feeling underneath it? Are u saying it from a place of absolute certainty, like clicking "play" on a movie you know is about to start? orrr, are u saying it as a desperate command to force the 3D to change right this second cause you dont want to look at ur current room? if youre using the affirmation to make something happen because youre ''impatient'', your subconscious wont focus on the words "i am shifting." Itll focus on the hidden panic of "i am saying this cuz im still here and i need to escape asapp!!." And remember, the subconscious doesn't have eyes, (i mentioned in my other post as well,) it only reflects your deepest, most constant feeling.
You might wanna research about the law of resonance, i might create a post about it if yall want. ๐
like i said before many times, your logical mind (aka the ego) is trained to protect u by analyzing your immediate surroundings. If you affirm "i am shifting now" ,with the expectation of an instant physical flash, your analytical mind will immediately chime in "nuh huh, no youre not, youree literally sitting on your bed." This creates a clash, the affirmation creates a spark, but your immediate logical reaction smothers it. Thats why shifting usually wont happen in a chaotic split second while ur wide awake and hyper aware of the 3d,, it happens when you bypass that logical filter (like during sleep, deep meditation/ yoga, or states of total mental relaxation).
well, im saying again, no one has to agree w me, this is my blog and my thoughts, my advices, take it or dont!!!!! but this is the mechanics of affirmations and manifesting. DONT get discouraged, you can manifest ANYTHING, ANYTIME. you can shift too. but dont be frustrated when it dosent happen within a milisecond. keep persisting. dont be fooled by the 3d and dont cheeck mirror, or your physical surroundings every 5 min. Shifting is a heavily personal experience. Don't compare ur expรฉrience with the others...
Last but not least, how to make your shifting affirmations actually "stick"???
i highly suggest u to change your relationship with the affirmations. Try to see them as a fact, not some magic spells. Don't say "im shifting rnnn" meanwhile expecting the walls to dissolve immediately. Say it the same way youd say that "my package is arriving today!" You dont expect the mailman to burst through your door the second you track the order. You just know it's a done deal, so you relax.. Aaaand, instead of focusing on the act of shifting (which implies ur still in transit), affirm the comfort of already being there. Try shifts in ur own perspective like "gosh, its so good to finally be in my DR," or "im so glad that shifting process is over and I'm home."!!!
yall. please remember that shifting isnt a massive, unattainable miracle you have to beg the universe for. Its literally just shifting your awareness from A frequency to the B frequency. Your affirmations ARE working the moment you say it!!! Stop checking the 3d mirror every five seconds to see if it worked, trust that the reflection is already done behind the scenes, and just let yourself drift into the comfort of the destination!!!! hope i cleared!! ๐๐

Hey love,how are you? I came across ur blog and itโs truly so motivating. I saw a post of yours where you were talking about lucid dreaming and how easily youโve done it before. Recently Iโve been learning alot about it and have been trying different methods to be able to lucid dream,but i just end up having very vivid dreams. I wanted to ask you how do you become lucid in dreams,like how do you become aware that your dreaming (if u get what i mean ๐ญ)because its just not clicking for me :,)

To answer your questions personally I set hourly notifications on my phone reminded me to reality check, I just count my fingers and ask if Iโm dreaming and after doing that consistently you should start seeing appear in your dream which will allow you to become lucid!! What helps as well is subliminals if thatโs your sorta thing! Another thing is if you have a habit of waking up in the middle of the night and going back to sleep it can also help your dreams be more vivid and thus makes it easier to become aware.. Becoming aware of your dreams sorta justโฆ happens, I donโt know how to explain it but youโre in a dream and suddenly youโre just conscious of that.. it might take multiple lucid dreams to fully control whatโs happening but once you get the hang of them theyโre pretty easy to induce !!!
i feel like a lot of people often talk about letting go of the results.
but i personally tend to think about them often. i mean it's something i want, something i have! if i like it, i'm going to think about it.
what you NEED to let go of, though, is the process of the thing you're manifesting coming to you.
here's my example:
when you plant a seed, you donโt sit by the dirt and wonder how itโs going to grow.
you water it, you trust the soil, and you go about your day.
You might even picture the flower fully bloomed in your mind, but you donโt dig up the seed every morning to โcheck if itโs working.โ That would only interrupt its natural process.
You would, however, water the plant to help it grow. Thatโs what affirmations and persistence are, the gentle watering of your imagination.
When you think of your desire, affirm it as already yours. Be in the state of the wish fulfilled.
Your imagination is the soil. The moment you assume your desire is fulfilled, youโve planted the seed.
TLDR;
Letting go doesnโt mean forgetting the flower, it means refusing to worry about how it will sprout.
As Neville Goddard said, โYou need not be concerned about how this will be accomplished. Your imagination will use whatever natural means are necessary to bring it about.โ
Your inner reflects the outer.
Neville isn't saying โpretend something and poof it appears," but rather, your inner state: what you assume, feel, and persist in, determines how reality shapes itself around you.
