OKAY BUT WHY DOES NO ONE TALK ABOUT THE FACT THAT YOU CAN LITERALLY MANIFEST WHATEVER YOU WANT IS SO EXCITING??????
like, you can LITERALLY create your dream life. you can decide your looks, your salary, your job, your partner, your friends, your experiences like literally
ANYTHING, it's almost magical.
and not only that but there's no catch, no loan, and no you don't have to "sell your soul to the devil", (literally or figuratively), all you have to do is just .. decide. just trust that it's yours. it's like, your playing sims but you're actually IN the simulation.
sorry for this cheesy ass post but that's just so cool to me. like woah.
The I.K. Method ⋆˙⟡ is a sensory-based shifting technique created specifically for the ADHD brain and those with Aphantasia. Rest assured, the technique was created to fit EVERYBODY. Let me tell you, the only skill you need is bluff because we will lie throughout the process. I think it will please “lazy” folks because as one of them, I made it as simple as possible. So here's the sauce!
⋮ ⌗ ┆ Level 1: The Spark (The "Wait, What?" Technique)
⏔⏔⏔ ꒰ ᧔ෆ᧓ ꒱ ⏔⏔⏔⏔⏔⏔ ꒰ ᧔ෆ᧓ ꒱ ⏔⏔⏔
The brain is often stuck in a "loop" of birth reality intrusive thoughts (Especially the ADHD brain). To break this, you use the "Wait, What?" technique.
- The Action: Ask yourself a question that assumes you are already in your Birth Reality or Waiting Room.
- Examples: "Wait, why is the lighting so much softer than this in my WR?"
- The Goal: This forces the brain to "search" for a memory that hasn't even happened yet in the 3D, effectively "hooking" your consciousness into the Manifested Reality data stream.
For someone with Aphantasia, we skip "seeing" and move to "knowing." This is the Non-Visual Map.
- Spatial Awareness: Mentally acknowledge where objects are in your DR relative to your current body. Like at home you can direct yourself even with the lights off. For example; "The desk is to my left. The door is behind me." You don't need to see them; you just need to know they are there.
- Then, we use our senses: Take a physical sensation you feel right now (the hardness of a chair, the warmth of the room) and relabel it.
“This hardness isn't the living room couch; it’s the wooden bench in my BR.” (BR=birth reality, used instead of CR because CR affirms you haven't shifted)
- The Optional “Narrator”: If your mind wanders, narrate your actions in the third person. "They are sitting in the WR now, feeling the air change."
⋮ ⌗ ┆Level 3: The "Gravity Countdown"
⏔⏔⏔ ꒰ ᧔ෆ᧓ ꒱ ⏔⏔⏔⏔⏔⏔ ꒰ ᧔ෆ᧓ ꒱ ⏔⏔⏔
This is the core movement of the I.K. Method. It uses the vestibular system (your sense of balance and weight) to trigger the shift.
The Sinking Descent (100 → 0)
- Use Case: Mostly to shift but you can do whatever you want.
- The Process: Count backward from 100 (I am assuming I am not the only one who imagines a downward movement when I count downward- or I might just be weird). With every number, feel your body becoming heavier.
- The Transition: By the time you reach 0, feel the floor vanish. You "sink" or "fall" through your current seat and land directly into the texture of your DR seat/bed.
⋆˚࿔ OR ⋆˚࿔
The Floating Ascent (0 → 100)
- Use Case: Recommended for reaching the Void State or shifting while staying awake mostly but you can use it as an asleep method too.
- The Process: Count upward from 0 (Same here!). With every count, feel a layer of weight "peeling off" your body. Until you become faceless and formless. (Particularly effective for the Void)
- The Transition: By 100, you feel yourself floating upward, disconnected from your physical body, entering the weightless blackness of the Void.
Failsafe: The “Desired Assumption” Technique
For my folks who fear their Birth Reality distraction. In this method you should simply relabel them (you gotta be creative!) Like, if you hear a fan, assume it is a coffee machine in your DR (go all in with the bluff!)
- The Rule: You never "stop" or "restart" because of a distraction.
And for mistakes in counting, pick up from the closest number you remember. The goal is relaxation and not to be worried.
this is by far one of the most well made, thought out, and overall well designed methods ive seen in a while. i hope you guys like this method as much as me and @linasweetgirl do˚. ᵎᵎ ♡ִֶ⋆. 𐙚˚࿔ 𝜗𝜚˚⋆˚.

UPDATE IVE SHIFTED WITH THIS METHOD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY WHICH IS THE ONLY TIME OF THE DAY THAT MAKES SHIFTING DIFFICULT FOR ME THIS IS THE BEST METHOD EVAAAAA
Holy dhit I just manifested my friend breaking no contact in five mins ?! I cannot make this shit up.. I just said he’s gonna text me and BOOM He did ?!
Hey love, how are you? I came across ur blog and it’s truly so motivating. I saw a post of yours where you were talking about lucid dreaming and how easily you’ve done it before. Recently I’ve been learning alot about it and have been trying different methods to be able to lucid dream, but i just end up having very vivid dreams. I wanted to ask you how do you become lucid in dreams, like how do you become aware that your dreaming (if u get what i mean 😭)because its just not clicking for me :,)
Hi!! Omg this is my first ask so very exciting!!
To answer your questions personally I set hourly notifications on my phone reminded me to reality check, I just count my fingers and ask if I’m dreaming and after doing that consistently you should start seeing appear in your dream which will allow you to become lucid!! What helps as well is subliminals if that’s your sorta thing! Another thing is if you have a habit of waking up in the middle of the night and going back to sleep it can also help your dreams be more vivid and thus makes it easier to become aware.. Becoming aware of your dreams sorta just… happens, I don’t know how to explain it but you’re in a dream and suddenly you’re just conscious of that.. it might take multiple lucid dreams to fully control what’s happening but once you get the hang of them they’re pretty easy to induce !!!
I keep shifting to alternate realities, this week it’s been happening none stop.. it’s also small changes but I’ll write a list here
1. I checked the time and it said 8:22, I swear it was 8:22.. my ma tells me the show we watch is on and that’s at 9:15.. I tell her no it’s 8:22, I check the time again and it’s 9:15
2. I use the same exact gif to send to my friends always. I go to send it to one of my friends and it looks different, they’re something off.. I scroll back up to see if it looks like how I remember it and it’s all different.. I vividly remember the gif not having a heart there and it did
3. I wake up this morning and basically have the other version of Revolut.. the yellow one.. I look at my phone this morning and I have the regular version of it downloaded on my phone.. I did not click on any ad or touch anything related to it in the past 24 hours..
Little update: I’m currently trying to shift via lucid dreaming.. I’ve been able to lucid dream really easily in the past, however I’ve started to take anti depressants these past three months which means that I’ve had to wait for my body to get used to them before I hit the grind again.. however I’ve been seeing very very vivid dreams and near lucidity.. so promising
i just saw a video of a man saying, "your name is meaningless until you answer to it."
and i think this applies perfectly with shifting and manifesting.
if someone keeps calling you the wrong name and you never respond, that name has no power. it does not belong to you. eventually, they have no choice but to call you by the name you actually answer to.
your 3D works the same way.
if your 3D shows you something you do not claim, something you do not agree with, something you do not answer to, then it holds no meaning. it has no authority. it has no power over you.
you decide what is yours by what you respond to. by what you choose to claim as yours.
when you stop reacting to what you do not want, it loses relevance. it fades into background noise. the only thing that remains is what you consistently acknowledge and accept as true.
you are not here to convince the 3D. you are here to choose your position.
I know that many members of the community are strongly against robotic affirmations. I used to be as well, because they genuinely felt repetitive, exhausting, and pointless to me. But as the illusion of time passed throughout my process, I realized that a romanticized, sentimental belief doesn’t make an affirmation more valid. While it may decorate it, it certainly doesn’t make it more useful—let alone more practical.
── .✦
I’m aware that the Law of Assumption can sound absurd when you first come across it, but it’s a reality that’s practically unquestionable. The entire world around you is your creation and no one else’s—you hold all the copyrights, and there’s no way anything external could be the cause. Ultimately, our existence can be reduced to a vast nothingness that serves as the origin of everything.
── .✦
Now, getting to the point I wanted to illustrate in this post: a constant affirmation that isn’t subjected to deep analytical scrutiny—one that doesn’t endlessly compare the external world with your inner one—ends up being the most effective when it comes to shifting or even manifestation.
── .✦
The reality surrounding you is made of exactly that: assumptions, repetitive affirmations that embedded themselves into your mind until they became an undeniable reality.
── .✦
Make no mistake—the tangible scenario in front of you is not the one in control. This isn’t a “which came first, the chicken or the egg?” dilemma. This is simply the structure of how things work: everything—absolutely everything—always happens first on the imaginary plane and only then translates into reality in a subtle, unconscious way.
I used to hold the toxic belief that the more I thought, the more intelligent, critical, and analytical I became. Thanks to spirituality, I realized that thoughts aren’t necessarily yours—and they’re rarely helpful, especially within processes we once labeled as unreal. Overthinking will never be pleasant or effective. You don’t need to dissect your affirmations by tying them to the supposed logic of this reality, to a feeling that validates them, or to a sensation that confirms you’re already in your desired reality.
── .✦
Don’t question your affirmations. Take them for granted the same way you take gravity for granted.
── .✦
And by conveniently misinterpreting 𝐑𝐞𝐧é 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬 in our favor—“𝐉𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞, 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐜 𝐣𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐬” (“𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐚𝐦”)—we can arrive at several conclusions. But after a generous dose of mental masturbation and microwave philosophy, one thing remains clear: 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬. (I can hear the sighs of disappointment from philosophers after this vague and convenient analysis, but honestly, who cares?)
── .✦
Repetitive affirmations provide a foundation of security that, as the natural process demands, eventually becomes reality. Don't overthink it!
you want a step by step guide for shifting? here you go.
intend -> connect -> act -> go
avenues to take for intention
think , affirm . doesn’t take much, a mental image of what you’re aligning with is enough .
avenues to take for connection
imagine , visualize , feel . anything that gets you emotionally connected and shows your subconscious your dr is familiar and safe for your awareness to slip into .
avenues to take for action
let go . that’s it . there is no other action you take to shifting but surrendering. stop the visuals, affirming, checking. let go .
and then? what next?
SHIFT. SHIFT. JUST SHIFT.
the secret of shifting or that “sweet spot” that people keep talking about is not one that’s found from excess emotion. you do not need to be hyped or crying from love for your dr to shift. you also don’t need to force constant affirmations or visuals. you just want to be in that calm neutral state where you know what you want, you’re not grasping at it, you’re open to receiving it, and you’re okay with relaxing into the unknown. that’s how you shift into any circumstance, any state, any desire. it doesn’t take hours—it doesn’t even take a minute. it’s just a choice. you can bypass steps 1 and 2 but a lot of people need those steps to make themselves neutral. and that’s okay. just don’t get stuck at step 1 or 2. they’re great to prepare you but they’re just ways to keep you relaxed. they aren’t what make you shift. 3 is essential. the surrender is essential. that’s why i preach self trust so much! hope this helps.
i feel like a lot of people often talk about letting go of the results.
but i personally tend to think about them often. i mean it's something i want, something i have! if i like it, i'm going to think about it.
what you NEED to let go of, though, is the process of the thing you're manifesting coming to you.
here's my example:
when you plant a seed, you don’t sit by the dirt and wonder how it’s going to grow.
you water it, you trust the soil, and you go about your day.
You might even picture the flower fully bloomed in your mind, but you don’t dig up the seed every morning to “check if it’s working.” That would only interrupt its natural process.
You would, however, water the plant to help it grow. That’s what affirmations and persistence are, the gentle watering of your imagination.
When you think of your desire, affirm it as already yours. Be in the state of the wish fulfilled.
Your imagination is the soil. The moment you assume your desire is fulfilled, you’ve planted the seed.
TLDR;
Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting the flower, it means refusing to worry about how it will sprout.
As Neville Goddard said, “You need not be concerned about how this will be accomplished. Your imagination will use whatever natural means are necessary to bring it about.”
Your inner reflects the outer.
Neville isn't saying “pretend something and poof it appears," but rather, your inner state: what you assume, feel, and persist in, determines how reality shapes itself around you.
THERE'S NO LOGIC IN THE LAW.
CIRCUMSTANCES DON'T MATTER.
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. YOU ARE THE CREATOR. THERE'S NOTHING ON UR WAY.
YES U CAN ACTUALLY MANIFEST WHATEVER U WANT. EVERY SINGLE THING.
UR CRAZIEST DREAMS U THOUGHT ARE IMPOSSIBLE CAN BE UR NEW REALITY IF U WANT TO.
