💋 serenity was born and raised in calabasas, california  alongside her two older siblings -- one brother and one sister. she was adopted into the family when she was an infant and although, they informed her as soon as she was able to speak and understand, it didn't change a thing. they treated her like their own. they grew up in a loving household of famous parents. while growing up as the youngest sibling in the amor family, she was pretty spoiled. she received everything that she wanted with a simple beg. despite serenity being the younger, she got along well with her two siblings really well. she was extremely family-oriented and they were all practically attached to the hips. 

💋 she had a happy childhood, one that every child could imagine. she received gifts on a daily, she even got to grow up in the spotlight, following her parents to events every now and then. she felt very blessed to be born into such an amazing family. 

💋 as she grew older, each sibling part their own ways doing their own thing. serenity was still in school. wanting a semi-regular life, she convinced her parents to allow her to go to public school for middle and high school. 

💋 during those times, it was difficult for her to make friends despite how outgoing she was, she felt that every time someone befriended her it was simply because she came from money and could get whatever she wanted. 

💋 by high school, she formed a little group that she deemed trustworthy. her junior year of high school, she met a boy. that boy soon became her boyfriend and she always had him around the house. often, the house would just be the two of them. 

💋 their relationship in the beginning was great -- they were stuck in that honeymoon stage, that was quick to end after a five month relationship he began to get jealous. he got jealous whenever she went to parties with friends, when she interacts with someone on the red carpet around her age. 

💋 the couple made things work, that was until one night during her senior year of high school, he layed hands on her for the first time over a heated argument. serenity was home by herself, her parents off having a mini vacation and her siblings were away for college. after he stated that it was an accident, she forgave him a moved on. the two continued to date until the end of senior year. throughout, the year the two got into many arguments, most of them resulted in him physically and mentally abusing her. 

💋 during the occurrence, she kept everything to herself, however, after graduation she finally told her family everything that had been happening. immediately, her dad wanted to press charges and take him to court, but she denied it. that was until he wouldn’t stop showing up at her doorsteps, following her around, and sending her creepy messages. that was when she decided to get a restraining order against him while pressing charges. 

💋 after winning in court, due to the extremely amazing lawyer her father hired, she was finally able to close that chapter in her life and move on. during the abuse, she got really good at makeup -- more specifically really good at hiding her bruises. it sparked her interest in becoming a makeup artist. 

💋 soon, she started college. attending cosmetology school as well as go to school majoring in public relations. after graduating both courses and receiving her bachelors in public relations, she established herself in california as a pr manager as well as a makeup artist. things were going great for her, that was until her ex kept showing up at her doorsteps, all she wanted to do was move on from it. 

💋 her family decided it was best for her to move out of california and so she did, she moved to the new york, following her sister.

curling in on herself she closed her eyes letting out a groan again before letting out a breath, “stupid weather and everything else wrong with me.” she muttered before coughing into her blanket, “tell me no more interviews.. i’ll do events but no more talking to people..” she said opening her eyes to look over at the girl slowly nodding her head, “i miss smelling things fully none of this half smell stuff its the worst.” she said before slowly moving to sit up now taking the box of tissues in her hand and placing it in her lap, “have i ever told you you’re the best?”

“we can blame the weather, but there’s nothing wrong with you.” she tells the other, watches as she began to cough up a lung causing her to be more concern about the other’s wellbeing. letting out a soft sigh, she nods her head, “okay, sounds fine to me. i think you’ve done enough interviews,” in all honesty, serenity turned down many news outlets not wanting to overwhelm the other, only accepting a handful knowing that it was a hard topic to discuss. “how that’s why i brought you vicks, works like magic in the amor household,” she beams proudly, knowing that her parents relied on that to help with sickness. “eh, i heard it once or twice,” she teases as she began to start up the stove. moments later, she returns with a bowl of soup, placing it down in front of her. “did you need anything else?”

“but of course you are.” she laughed lightly shaking her head as she looked down for a moment before letting out a sigh. looking back over at serenity a smile on her lips giving a nod, “you truly are. who knew i was the one that needed that.” she teased before she laughed shaking her head, “you’re the one who said it first though!” she said through her laughter shaking her head some, “oh my god. i’m shocked you suggested it though.” she said looking at the girl, “okay will tell you without telling you because we can’t have you all earless.” she teased shaking her head some. blowing out a breath she lifts her shoulder, “i mean you could try.. it’s just not weird but like unexpected.”

“i can’t look bad now,” she states battering her lashes at her while flashing her an innocent smile, laughing ever so slightly. sucking in a breath, she shrugs her shoulders, “everyone needs a little reminder sometimes, i’m just happy that i could be the one to do it and know that you won’t lash out on me.” she admits, sending a smile. serenity rolled her eyes at her while giving her a death stare, “i know what i said, i don’t want it repeated though. you’re lucky i care for you or else that shit would never come out of my mouth.” she makes a disgusted look before inhaling to calm herself, “good or else you’re going to get several pillows thrown at you.” she threatens the other before licking her lips. “they always say love is unexpected... not saying that it’s love, hell i’ll riot if it is, but the same could go for attraction?”

“oh god, i hate people like that, like no matter what you do, you can’t please them. or even worse, they come up with any kind of problem with the product service to get it for free or get a discount. like ma’am, there’s nothing wrong with the service, you’re not getting it for free. but i’m glad most of your clients have been great for you. i’d welcome starbucks any day.” she laughed. “oh no, don’t go breakin’ my heart!” lennon joked. “they’ll be so jealous of your secret admirer.” she nudged the girl playfully. “i can make that work.”

“exactly! those are the worst kind of people ever.. it’s like be fucking for real now!” she exclaims, eyes getting wide as she shakes her head, letting out a small sigh. “everyday brings a different kind of experience though, but what i hate is how one single person could ruin my mood, like i could have twenty nice clients and then one rude person and i’ll be pissy throughout the whole day.” she huffs, blowing a breath as she tucks a few of strands of hair behind her ear. “i won’t be that brutal, plus you look good in practically everything,” serenity pointed out while rolling her eyes playfully. a laughter fell from her lips as she nods her head, “oh, definitely.. that’s the plan after all,” she grins over towards her, “perfect! i’ll block off my schedule just for you.”

smiling softly isabella nodded, “i know you are and i’m really grateful for all of it. as the professional side keeping me from making stupid mistakes to being my friend during all this crazy.” she said looking over at the girl, “even if your advice is to fuck it out with chad.” she added trying to keep a serious look on her face before she laughed, “i really want to know how hard it is for you to say this to me.” she wondered aloud glancing away shaking her head, “i promise if it happens i won’t give you any details. i won’t even tell you it happened.” she said shaking her head looking at her lap for a second becoming very interested in a loose thread on her leggings, “is that crazy?… because it’s chad?” she asked softly.

“please, i’m just saving my ass when it comes to your professional side,” she jokes with her, laughing ever so slightly before looking over towards her with a soft smile, “i’m your common sense when it leaves the room and i adore you to pieces,” she tells the other, smile growing. the smile upon her face drops at her words as she rolls her eyes, “shut up, don’t repeat it, i don’t wanna hear it.” she mumbles covering her ears as she pretends to gag. “very hard, i’m trying so hard not to throw up right now,” serenity admits as she shutters making a face as she blows out a breath. “oh, you can tell me it happened, just spare me the details.” bringing her legs towards her chest, she nibbles on her bottom lip as she sighs shrugging her shoulders, “there’s nothing crazy about it. i mean, you can’t really stop attraction, now can you?”

“i don’t think i was really being that loud.” she defended. “yeah sure that’s what you asked but that’s not where you stopped. ’i have a pounding headache and unless you have something important to say–’ blah blah blah.” bianca mocked. “now we’ve reached the point where i have to deal with you. i think you say sorry.” she smirked. bianca didn’t know why she was so amused always picking little fights. was it a power move? maybe. but for someone who was trying to turn over a new leaf, she sure wasn’t acting like it. she knew it was wrong to come at the stranger like she was but what was the harm for this one little time.

“that’s what you think,” serenity states, eyeing the other while leaning against her palm with a bored expression across her face rising a brow as the other mocked her. a humorless chuckle fell from her lips, “and looks like you have nothing important to say, so why are you still speaking?” she rises a brow at the female. “why would i apologize when i’m the one that has to deal with you? if anyone should say sorry it’s you,” she shrugs her shoulders while sending her a petty smile.

bianca was on the phone laughing pretty loudly over something someone was telling her. she was just pacing around when she heard someone speak to her. she glanced over to the stranger and stared the girl up and down before letting out a laugh of disbelief. to be fair it was obnoxious. “yeah, hey, lemme let you go. i’ll call you back later.” she said into the phone before hanging up. “i’m sorry were you speaking to me?”

serenity would rather be in bed than waiting for her client that she was having a meeting with, it was obvious that she was miserable, but she wasn’t one to flake out, especially when it was semi-important. looking over at the loud person who was on the phone moments before, she inhales before rubbing her temples. “i just said can you talk quieter.” she mutters, not wanting to deal with anyone at the moment.

it was like everything was catching up with athena, everything she stressed about, her lack of sleep, and a small cold that fully blossomed so when serenity showed up she was almost thankful for the bit of peace she was given… that was until the alarm had gone off and made her rethink it all. groaning again she turned over pulling her blanket up to her chin, “nini i feel like death.” she said before finally opening her eyes glancing at the girl. she paused for a second trying to hide the fact that her head was in fact pounding but soon gave in and nodded, “between my nose being too stuffy and my head pounding i don’t know which is worst,” she muttered,

serenity knew what the other was going through and felt bad that it finally seem to all catch up to her, that and the weather definitely didn’t help. this was why she hated winter time, with the constantly sniffles of everyone around her, she needed to be extra cautious to ensure that she wasn’t going to sick herself, she couldn’t afford to, she had a lot going on herself. “i knew, thena and it sucks. i’m sorry you caught a cold.” looking over towards her, she frowns slightly, “and now you’re remembering all the times you could smell properly, aren’t you?” she tries to jokes while sending her a tiny sympathetic smile. “here have this box of tissues while i make you some soup.” serenity hands her over the box before leaving to her kitchen.

there were a handful of people in her life that she would do anything for, even break her own moral codes. she like to believe that they’d do the same for her, “you bet your ass that i would. i’m always here willing to help whether it’s as your friend or as your pr manager.” she states, returning the soft smile. serenity scrunches up her face as she shutters at the thought trying to not gag as those words left her lips, “possibly? i mean... there’s nothing wrong with fucking shit out.” she responds, cringing at herself once more. “good or else i’ll have to pull a van gogh and cut my ear off,” she jokes making a face once more as she blows out a small breath. “then there’s definitely something there... and your heart just won’t let you explore it.”

isabella was literally so grateful for serenity especially with how she helped both professionally and personally through everything she had been going through. she couldn’t imagine how she’d handle it if she didn’t have someone like serenity in her life so any chance she could she would let it be known how grateful she was for the other, “i know i don’t say it a lot but thank you for everything.” she said softly. letting out a breath she gave a nod, “i know i didn’t have to tell him.. he didn’t make me tell him but i wanted to tell him.” she shook her head looking up for a moment trying to wrap her own mind around what she was saying. closing her eyes she tilted her head her eyes still on the ceiling, “the second option seems less scary…” she said softly unsure herself what she was even feeling.

serenity knew that the other was grateful for her, just like she was grateful to have her in her life as well. she might of been her sister’s friend at first, but the more she hung out with the family, the closer the two did and she was happy that was the case. a soft smile appears across her lips as she thanked her, with a simple shake of her hand and a wave of her hand, “no need to thank me, you’re basically family. there’s nothing i wouldn’t do for you.” she responds truthfully, her smile growing just a tad more. her eyes fell upon the other, pausing for a split second as she tries to wrap her head around the whole situation. blowing out a breath, she rubs her face slightly. “i hate to say this... but maybe you just need to fuck it out?” as soon as the words came out, she cringed at herself. “if you go through it, i don’t want you to give me any details, gross...” she shutters at the thought before sighing, “the second option might be less scary, but how would you know for sure?”

“you better! or else i’m going to do a whole lockdown, no in or out for any of us.” she jokes, knowing that she had to run out for her job on multiple occasions or taking ana to school or to the grocery store. “of course, i never mind watching the munchkin. we have a special type of bond.” serenity mentions, smirk appearing across her lips as her eyes meets the younger girl. “exactly, we have to make sure you’re safe and not getting sick every time you travel!” she exclaims, taking it very seriously. “alright it’s settled, we’re going to be couch potatoes today and rewatch you starting from season one.” she concludes with a grin as she nods her head, “what are you in the mood for?”

“like i do something and they don’t like it... it’s like this is exactly what you asked for! but yeah, most of them are lovely and i’ll definitely work with them again. they could win my heart over by bringing me gifts, i accept all with open arms,” she jokes, chuckling slightly. “ooh, i can’t wait to see them all and give you my honest opinion no matter how brutal.” serenity laughs wholeheartedly as she nods, “perfect! definitely posting it on my story for the world to see.” she teases, grinning at the blonde. “ugh yes please! i should be free the second week of march if you are?”

open starter

a small groan had left her as the loud beeping only seemed to be getting louder. she hadn’t slept much the night before and felt as though she had been hit by a bus simply because her small cold had taken full effect and since she never was one to take too care of herself when she was sick she was regretting everything. “please make it stop.” she whined when the alarm just continued its small melody her hand coming up to blindly reach for one of the throw pillows to cover her head, “i’ll literally do anything you want if you just make it go away.” she told the other her voice slightly muffled now.

serenity decided to go drop by athena’s house, knowing that kalani was busy writing an essay and packing up to go on the road again. when she got there, she didn’t expect the other to be sick and instantly felt bad. so she decided to stay and keep the other company, allowing her to sleep. she was scrolling through her phone, responding to stuff when suddenly a loud beeping sound went off, startling her. glancing around, her eyes lands on thena at first before moving to find the beeping phone. once she grab hold of it, she turns off the alarm and lets out a soft sigh. “sorry, thena... if i could i would take the sickness away.” she mumbles, “how about i make you some soup? is your had pounding?”
