29.05.2019 // I was having a really hard time focusing on my exam writing and I couldn’t understand why. Then I realised that I hadn’t eaten any breakfast! Breakfast is so so important to me because my brain won’t function properly without any food. Only a couple of days left until summer break!!

you’re allowed to get up one day and just decide to change who you are. dress differently, speak up more, laugh out loud even though you’ve never liked your laugh, say what you want to, say hey to people you wouldn’t normally, get that confidence going. we don’t have to stay the way people see us out of the fear that they won’t like the us we want to be.

Two days till my practical exam on the locomotor system. Anatomy is going just fine but I’ve put off the minor examination subjects (orthopedics, trauma surgery, pathology and neuropathology) until now and it’s getting back at me. It’s way more than I thought and orthopedics frightens me tbh. We have to do a full orthopedic examination of a simulation patient in just four minutes and I just don’t know how??
