I have been trying to streamline my digital art process to help with speed and ease, though I am still having problems drawing for more than an hour at a time, so this was done in about an hour and a half. I rushed the last 30 minutes sadly because my back neck are just aching, and I can’t really change my setup to help that at all.

Older D&D party from a game that died almost a year ago. This was the first time I had gotten to play a D&D 5e campaign, so I was so excited about it, and it honestly brought all of us closer together as friends. I was actually commissioned by one of the players to make the headshots for each character, (Including my own).

In order we have

Abbigale: A mute cleric who later betrayed the party and stole an artifact that belonged to her deity.

Kecino: A rogue who dabbled into warlock magic because a benevolent being took him under their wing.

Balthazar Gelt: Literally Gelt from Warhammer, though slightly less buff and more obsessed with fire. He was our patron noble who hired us to go on a quest in the first place.

Durlenna: My character, a Circle of the Moon Druid who became quite feral after being forced from her home and taken under the wing of a fey Wolfmother. She just wants to make it back to the one place she was happy. May or may not be wanted for various crimes she was forced to do by someone who trapped her.

Ahro: A disgraced paladin who wants nothing more than to prove she is not a murderer. She was nicknamed by our party “The Door” for tank reasons.

Prestigio: Probably my favorite character of the bunch, if I’m honest. He is a wizard who has connections everywhere, but not in the way you think. In reality he is a bit disconnected from our plane of reality, and occasionally changes reality without his knowing.

Back in 2016, I finally decided to try and make a comic that I had been developing for like, five years at that point. After experiencing extreme burnout in my life at the time, I basically stopped doing as much art and gave up on the comic all together. After a couple years, I basically stopped doing art of any time until about a year ago, when I decided it was time to heal from what had happened.

Recently I’ve felt a similar sort of burnout and lack of enthusiasm to make art, and this helped a lot. It reminded me why I got into art in the first place, and why I like making things for myself.

I don’t plan on redoing the whole comic, unless it is simply as practice to learn the basics of comic development again. For now, I just remember this time of my life with sadness and hope.

Finally went about and redesigned a really old character of mine, Fate! A god-like entity with the ability to change the destiny of individuals, if you can wake them from their nap. Fate, Devourer of Worlds, Taker of Eternal Naps!

It’s been a while, but my friends and I were playing soooo much UNO in VRChat for like, a solid month. I saw sides of my friends that I didn’t know existed.

For a while, I drew the same picture every year in an attempt to show how I was improving, then the dark times of 2018-2020 hit for me and I basically stopped doing art in general. 2021 was  the year for me to start getting back into it, ending with a really fun basic art class which was nice to refresh and get genuine terms for things that I knew for years but was never formally taught. Now? God I don’t draw animals enough for me to be comfortable with it anymore haha. Here’s to another year of improvement!!

New campaign, new banner! Our new DnD campaign is finally taking off and it seems like the players are eager to get this show going! Super excited to be DMing for these wonderful people and I can’t wait to show everyone the world I have crafted for them!
