I intensely vacuumed my entire house for hours on end when the heatwave ended and that was a not so smart move.
I was just having trouble breathing at night and I felt like I had to before the heat got worse as my body was becoming very weak from low grade hypoxia at night. It didn't even help as much as I'd have thought, but am on ketotifen now luckily
But the vacuuming wrecked me. I cannot even tell you how long ago it was. Time ceases to exist and everything blends into eachother. Slowly the brain becomes more primal, but I'm am unnatural way if that even makes sense. Neuroticism skyrockets and your prefrontal cortex is barely awake.
Feels like you got no control over yourself and due to said neuroticism, you have a very hard time taking care of yourself and staying inside the very small and rigid borders your body needs to not spiral further. You then feel bad because it feels as if you're doing this to yourself and the problem is just that you're too stupid to function, but in reality it's neurological inflammation that sometimes even feels as if your brain is literally on fire. I try to be mild, but like i just explained, even that is hard as the wrong things are amplified and other things are offline. It also feels as if you are becoming psychotic. Not that I have any experience, but it does feel as if you're losing your mind.
This is just a small part of it and the best of my abilities of being able to describe it. I've been frying my brain further with constant video screen input which feels unable to stop as my brain is desperately clinging onto it. Climbing out of PEM is torture and I always think I'm gonna do everything to never have to climb out of the hole for weeks/months again, but eventually I fail cause I have brain damage in general and it's kind of inpossible
Just hoping and praying that I can get out of it soon. That I manage to do some meditation and all that
The neurological symptoms during a PEM/crash are the worst. Way harder to deal with than all the physical things
I wish I could properly convey what exactly I am experiencing, but I don't think it's possible

About 26 hours in the life of a fruiting Stemonitis chocolate tube slime mold, the weirdest of weird little folks.
Started editing my photos for the first time ever. Will be posting them to flickr and then here
